Abstract

The safety bag comprises a zip fastener (6) and several permanently assembled pieces (1,2,5a,5b). The pieces are sewn together on the inside so as not to be visible from the outside. The zip fastener has a pull tab (16) which is lockable in a chamber (13) by the insertion of a seal (17).

Description

SECURITY POUCH OR BAG

  The invention relates to a safety pouch or bag comprising a zipper and several pieces assembled permanently, in which the zipper is provided with a zipper which can be locked to a chamber by insertion of a seal. It is known to constitute a security pouch or bag by assembling fabric or textile trays coated with high resistance, so as to constitute a closed envelope, the interior access of which is only possible by opening a sliding zipper. . After closing the zipper and locking the zipper on its receiving chamber by inserting a numbered seal, generally made of plastic, the subsequent opening of the security pouch or bag is not

  possible only after breaking the seal.

  This arrangement thus makes it possible to verify, due to the fact that each seal has a different number, that no opening of the zipper was carried out during the transport of the security pouch or bag until delivery to

its recipient.

  However, in exceptional cases, it would be possible to access the interior of the security pouch or bag by not opening the zipper, but by working on the assembly of the parts of which the security pouch or bag is made. : for example, it would be possible to unstitch or re-sew a part in the case of an assembly by sewing, or it would be possible to desolder and reweld

  a part in the case of an assembly by welding.

  The invention aims to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks, so as to provide greater security for current security pockets or bags, thereby making it possible to detect any attempt or any undesirable break-in during the

  transport of the safety pouch or bag.

  way to highlight any unwanted opening of the pouch or bag and

  prevent reconstitution of the assembly from the outside of the pocket.

  According to other advantageous characteristics of the invention: -the parts and the zipper are assembled on the side corresponding to the inside of the pocket or bag and the assembly obtained is returned through the zipper, - assembly of parts and the zipper is produced at least partially by welding, gluing, or heat sealing, - assembly of the parts and the zipper is produced at least partially by sewing, stapling or stitching, - collection of at least some of the parts is made with the interposition of a piping, - the zipper and the locking chamber bear corresponding or identical marks or numbers, so as to detect any replacement of a chamber or a zipper, - the zipper and the chamber are transparent or translucent at least at the location of the marks or numbers, so as to detect any attempt to erase or modify the r epères or numbers, - an additional mark or number corresponding or identical to the aforementioned numbers or marks is provided, - said mark or additional number is visible outside the pocket or bag through a transparent window, said mark or additional number is fixed irremovable way to the

pouch or satchel.

  With reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, identical or functionally equivalent elements are represented by identical numbers. The invention described with reference to a pouch also extends to any other bag, satchel or safety bag that can be used for transport and comprising a zipper and several pieces assembled permanently, said fernecture zipper being provided with a zipper lockable on a room by

insertion of a seal.

  In FIG. 1, the pouch according to the invention is formed from a main part 1 folded in the shape of a falon to present two large lateral faces 1a, 1b. The part 1 is assembled by assembly lines shown in thick lines with two small lateral parts 2 and 3 situated at the ends of a set 4 of

closing.

  The set 4 of frmcetre has two lateral bands 5a, 5b of connection themselves carrying the actual zipper 6. The pieces 5a, 5b and the zipper 6 are sewn by an internal seam to the pieces 2 and 3, so as to constitute an elongated assembly intended to be then assembled to the part

main 1.

  In FIG. 2, the closing part 4 comprising the strips 5a, 5b sewn from the inside to the sliding window 6 is connected to each face 1a and 1b of the main part I with interposition of piping 7a or 7b respectively. The piping 7a and 7b reinforce the external solidity of the safety pouch or bag, improve its aesthetics and have the advantage of not being able to be sewn from the outside after being possibly unstitched during an attempt

  break-in or break-in of the security pouch or bag: the arrangement of the piping 7a and 7b therefore provides a good indication of the state

  integrity of the security pouch or bag.

  Advantageously, the piping 7a and 7b are made of a thicker and more resistant material than the high-tenacity plastic canvas making up

  example strips 5a, 5b and main room 1.

  In FIG. 3, the piping bordering the main part 1 is formed from a continuous strip 7 which extends upwards to form the connecting pipings 7a, 7b of FIG. 2 and the length of which is determined to put evidence of any unwanted assembly opening between main room 1, rooms 2 and 3 and

the set 4.

  The connection between a part 2 or 3 and assembly 4 is done by internal sewing similar to the seam connecting a strip 5a or 5b to the sliding window 6 (Figure 2)

  and does not require a more detailed description.

  In FIGS. 1 and 4, the part 1 has a rectangular opening allowing the interposition of a transparent window 8 between the exterior of the bag or security bag and an opaque part 9 situated on the interior side and allowing insertion by a slot 10 for an address label or card. The part 9 is preferably opaque to prevent the external examination of the contents of the

security pouch or bag.

  The parts 8 and 9 are assembled by the interior of the main part 1, for example by welding in the case of parts made of plastic or at least partially plasticized. This sandwich welding forms a continuous peripheral seal 11 thus ensuring a seal and an attachment of the window 8 to the part.

  A specific location 12 can be provided, preferably on the opaque part 9, to carry a reference mark or identification number corresponding to other

  identification marks or numbers described later with reference to Figure 5.

  Of course, the identification mark or number can also be affixed

  on an irremovable label without departing from the scope of the present invention.

  In FIG. 5, the assembly chamber 13 is fixed by rivets 14 to an internal plywood 15, so as to trap between the chamber 13 and the plywood 15 the gathering end of the bands 5a, 5b at the zipper 6.   According to the invention, the same or corresponding pins or numbers are affixed to the pull tab and the locking chamber, so as to detect any

  replacement of a room or a pull cord during a burglary attempt.

  Advantageously, an additional mark or number fixed at location 12 in FIG. 4 corresponding or identical to the aforementioned number is provided to be visible from the outside of the pocket or bag through the transparent window 8. This arrangement makes it possible to check the correspondence of the locking elements with the main part of the bag. Preferably, the mark or additional number is stamped, printed or fixed indelibly to the piece 9 of opaque background located behind the transparent window 8: this arrangement allows

  also to ensure that the opaque bottom part 9 has not been replaced.

  According to a variant not shown, an identification label can be trapped between the bottom part 9 and the transparent window 8 by means of a

  peripheral welding of the part 9 with the window 8 surrounding said label.

  In the case where the chamber 13 and the zipper 16 are made of plastic material, provision is advantageously made for the zipper and the chamber to be transparent or translucent at least when the aforementioned marks or numbers are replaced, so as to detect any attempt to erase or modification of the marks or numbers which would necessarily cause a modification of the

  transparency of the plastic.

  The invention described with reference to a particular embodiment, is in no way limited thereto, but on the contrary covers any modification of shape and any

  variant in the context and spirit of the invention.

Claims (10)

  1. Security pouch or bag comprising a zipper (6) and several parts (1-3, 5a, 5b) permanently assembled, said zipper (6) being provided with a zipper (16) lockable on a chamber (13) by insertion of a seal (17), characterized in that the parts (1-3, Sa, 5b) and the slide fastener (6) are assembled together by an invisible means of assembly from the outside, so as to highlight any undesirable opening of the pouch or bag and prevent the reconstitution of assembly by reexterior of the pocket or satchel.   2. Pouch or bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the parts (1-3, Sa, 5b) and the zipper (6) are assembled on the side corresponding to the interior of the pocket or bag and that the assembly got is   returned through the zipper.   3. Pouch or bag according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the assembly of the parts (1-3, 5a, 5b) and the zipper (6) is carried out at least partially by welding, gluing , or heat seal. 4. Pouch or bag according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the assembly of the parts (1-3, 5a, 5b) and the closure to   slide (6) is made at least partially by sewing, stapling or stitching.   5. Pouch or bag according to claim 3 or claim 4, characterized in that the assembly of at least some of the parts (13, 5a, 5b) is   made with the interposition of piping (7a, 7b).   6. Pouch or bag according to any one of the above claims,   characterized in that the pull tab (16) and the locking chamber (13) bear corresponding or identical marks or numbers, so as to detect any   replacement of a chamber (13) or of a pull tab (16).   7. Pouch or bag according to claim 6, characterized in that the pull tab (16) and the chamber (13) are transparent or translucent at least by replacing the marks or numbers, so as to detect any attempt   deletion or modification of marks or numbers. 7 2779328   8. Pouch or bag according to claim 6 or claim 7, characterized in that a mark (12) or corresponding additional number or   identical to the above numbers or marks is provided.   9. Cover or bag according to claim 8, characterized in that said mark (12) or additional number is visible from the outside of the cover or   bag through a transparent window (8).   10.
