Abstract

The fastener consists of an attachment (12), e.g. a split ring made from a flexible plastic, shaped to fit onto the article to be labeled, and a pair of hooks (15a, 15b) on the ends of projecting rods (16a, 16b). The two hooks are offset on the ring and can be squeezed together so that they overlap for insertion through a hole in a label, after which they move back to their original positions and keep the label in place.

Il peut donc être nécessaire de compléter les informations portées sur l'emballage d'origine du produit (I'étiquette d'une bouteille, d'une boîte métallique ou d'un pot en verre). Claims

CLAIMS - - Label holder device characterized in that it comprises a mounting element (12) to an article and in that this mounting element is provided with two hooks (1 Sa, 15b) defined side by side, respectively at ends of two flexible strands (16a, 16b) parallel and adjacent, the bending of the two strands making it possible to engage the two hooks in a hole (19) made in a label.

2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the two strands (16a, 16b) and the two hooks (15a, 1 5b) came from molding with the aforementioned mounting means.

3 - Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the two hooks (1 Sa, 1 5b) are defined substantially back to back at the ends of their respective strands.

4 - Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the two strands (16a, 16b) are offset from each other so that the hooks can approach laterally one next to the other if the two strands are biased in opposite directions bringing them closer.

5 - Device according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that said mounting element comprises a ring (12).

6 - Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the two aforementioned strands (16a, 16b) are attached at a point of said ring and extend substantially radially outward thereof.

7 - Device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that said ring is cut.

8 - Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is made of flexible plastic.
