Abstract

A piece (2), shaped like pants, is stitched to a fitted sheet (1), to hold a baby. Two elastic shoulder straps (3,4) are fixed to this piece at one end (3a,4a) by strips of hook and loop fasteners. Their other ends (3b,4b) are stitched to the sheet and they hold the upper part of the body of the baby.

Plus précisément, l'invention se rapporte à un dispositif destiné à maintenir en position un bébé dans son lit (on notera que l'on entend dans la présente description le terme "lit" comme visant tout dispositif de couchage adapté pour un nourisson et englobant donc également les berceaux et les landaux). Un tel dispositif vise à empêcher le bébé de bouger dans son lit et permet donc de supprimer les risques d'étouffement de celuici pouvant résulter d'une mauvaise position dans le lit. n permet également de lutter contre la mort subite du nourrisson.
