Abstract

Ce châssis supporte une benne (5) articulé en (6) par rapport à celui-ci. De chaque côté de la benne deux vérins hydrauliques (7) sont positionnés. Chaque vérin est articulé en (8) à sa partie inférieure sur les longerons du châssis (1) et en (9) à sa partie supérieure à la benne (5) . Le verrouillage ch ssis- flêche d'attelage se fait en (10) par un verrouillage réglable qui sera détaillé plus loin Fig. 4 . Pour des véhicules de gros gabarit un vérin hydraulique peut remplacer ou être associé au système de verrouillage (10) ceci afin de faciliter le basculement benne-châssis (5) (1)
Chaque basculement est choisi en fonction de l'emploi désiré. Le basculement benne-châssis Fig. 2 consiste à faire pivoter le tout autour des axes (3) jusqu'à ce que l'arrière de la benne (5) touche le sol. La benne, avec sa porte arrière baissée, forme ainsi un plan incliné qui permet de charger ou de rouler des marchandises lourdes. Après équilibrage de la charge, la benne et le châssis sont ramenés à leur position initiale et verrouillés en (10)
Le deuxiéme basculement Fig. 3 consiste à faire pivoter par soulèvement la benne (5) autour des axes (6) en alimentant les vérins hydrauliques (7) . Ge basculement permet un bon vidage de la benne, car la benne prend un angle incliné assez prononcé et l'arrière de celle-ci varie très peu d'hauteur. La benne revient à sa position initiale par son propre poids, après désamorçage des vérins hydrauliques (7)
Le système de verrouillage réglable Fig. 4 est constitué d'un crochet d'attelage classique à verrouillage automatique (11) fixé au châssis (1) du véhicule et d'une boule (12) correspondante, prolongée d'une tige filtée (13) . L'ensemble boule-tige filtée est vissé sur la fleche d'attelage (4) à un emplacement déterminé. Le crochet (11) et la boule (12) verrouillent automatiquement l'ensemble benne-ch ssis à la fleche d'attelage (4) . En vissant ou en dévissant la tige filtée (13) on fait augmenter ou diminuer la distance châssis (1) fleche d'attelage (4) , ce qui a pour effet de faire varier la hauteur du crochet (14) et donc de mieux positionner la remorque au véhicule tracteur.

The hook (11) and the ball (12) automatically lock the bucket-ch assembly located at the coupling arrow (4).
