Abstract

The suspension spring is formed as a flat blade spring. Section I is a straight section, formed at an angle of 20 degrees (2) to the base section. Section III is also a straight section formed at an angle of 35 degrees to the base section. Section 4 is a curved section, formed with a radius of 18 mm. It forms the angle of 35 degrees and lies between sections III and V. Section V is a straight section and forms the base line, from which all the angles are measured. Section VI is a curved section, lying between sections V and VII and forming an angle of 10 degrees between these two sections.
