Abstract

The cabinets are compartmented and are designed to accommodate all sizes of dogs, by means of a grading system. It consists of four vertical, longitudinal guide walls, which are appropriately spaced apart to define the width of three boxes (38, 44 & 46) designed for the passage of the dogs (37, 43 & 47). These four walls support the six horizontal passage surfaces (52), which are fitted in pairs and are slightly inclined towards the interior. The horizontal passage surfaces are designed to support the feet (50) of the dogs and to leave a gap (60) between the horizontal surface to allow the dog's faecal material (55) to fall through into the chute (34) and into the sewer (56) below. The height of the walls and the relationship with the roof panels are set to leave a gap to allow for the passage of the dog's lead (39, 40 & 48) and thus for the dog walker to retain control of the dog.

Description

The present invention highlights an authentic toilet cabinet for
Dogs (CAPC), compartmentalized according to three sizes small, medium or large, Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. It allows the admission of feces 34, 55 and returns them under controlled and timed water pressure electronically 52, 58, 59, 64, 67, 68 71, 72, 73, 74, 77, towards a sewer 56.

 This surprising Cabinet d'Aisances canin integrates with the environment. Its overall appearance is that of a small house, two-sided roof, Figure 4, with three parallel compartments along the length, open on each end for the passage of quadrupeds.

 It is made of materials allowing it to resist bad weather, painted or anodized aluminum alloy, stainless steel, possibly in prestressed concrete or ABS polycarbonate plastics.

 Made as a kit, assembly is carried out directly on the floor on a stool fitted for this purpose on sidewalks, in cities, in public gardens 32, 35.

The removable assembly allows the possible interchangeability of certain parts of the assembly. It reduces the volume of transport and allows the subcontracting of its elements.

 A particular feature of the means used, to direct dogs on a longetudinal orifice 60 'placed in the center of two horizontal parallel planes (floor), slightly inclined a few degrees inwards, whose perforated material (non-slip) makes it easier to evacuation of any contamination 27, 50. A quadrilateral support frame, placed directly on the ground, consists of vertical uprights 4 and lateral external walls 1-2, 12, 13, this device makes it possible to raise the inclined planes 27, 50 from the ground, in order to ensure below the passage, maintaining the water pipes 18, 52, automatically centering the CAPC assembly on the stool arranged on the floor 32, by means of the evacuation hopper 34, towards the departure of the evacuation siphon 31, faeces 55, towards the sewer 56. The nature of the materials of the assembly can be either metallic, thermoplastic or vibrated prestressed cement or others.

 Said raised frame also allows the cheeks of the hopper 34 to be supported by the upper edges 36, of the stool 32, and to reduce the width of the same stool and of the plates ensuring its closure, housed in 36. The stool will be in position d waiting before the final installation of dog toilets. These may be located near human toilets, on the street, square or public garden among others.

 The system adopting the type of cleaning two sensors per box 74, three individualized solenoid valves 72, can justify a direction of passage, defined only by baffle, of entry prohibition or of shutters, retractable barriers and arrowed direction.

Between the beam and the side cheek are housed the two vertical ends of the partition walls 22, 23, l ' assembly is held rigid by bolts. The other two parts of the 82 transverse chassis, the same height as 80, are held at their two ends (tenons) inside mortises 81, arranged in the vertical walls.

 An access step 100, placed above the two ends of the chassis, rests on the ground with a casing of 98 in 79 and 87.  The concept of three independent boxes allows the use of a good number of materials for its construction, for example aluminum, plastic materials, figure 1, 2, 3 ,, concrete, cement, figure 6, etc. resistant to all temperature variations, guaranteed against aging.  In summary, we see that depending on the nature of the materials used ferrous, non-ferrous, thermoplastic, cement, concrete and all derivatives, or other materials, the sub-assemblies of C.A.P.C. can be assembled either in the factory or at the place of use. Everything is easy and quick to install, with or without accessories on workstations in the floors of sidewalks, alleys, gardens, public places, green spaces, etc. These posts with stools are supplied with tap water, with stop and drain valve, with 220 volts mono electricity, with earth, on safety cut-out switch, to be used then, after isolation transformer, under 24 volts safety voltage. The faeces are evacuated to waste water using standardized pipes and a siphon very studied to effectively remove odors. All internal piping is insulated and thermally drained.  According to another design variant of the CAPC, in the event of impossibility of water, electricity or sewage disposal, the dog's excrement will be collected in watertight plastic bags, placed under the boxes in drawers. These bags will be automatically welded before removal, in some cases allowing efficient storage.

 For practical purposes, possible models will show the required position of the dogs on the two facades of the C.A.P.C.
