Abstract

The clip is made from a single piece of metal or plastics. The clip can be folded to obtain three distinct faces (5,1,2). Two of the faces are opposite (1,2) with their connecting support (3) enabling locking of the paper sheet (9). The other face (5) enables the fixing (8) to a surface (7). The length of the clip is determined by one face (5) which is curved at its ends (4,6) in order to create the opposite faces.

Description

The present invention relates to a fixed or mobile device for holding by clamp one or more sheets of paper as well as possibly of objects.

This operation has the major feature of being carried out by the user with one hand, quickly without damaging the part held by the device.

Contrary to the traditionally used system where it is necessary to use two hands to press or slide the piece, where in some cases we use a perforating object which allows the use of one hand but strongly damages the sheet.

An exemplary embodiment of a clamp which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings for information only.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of such pliers.

Figure 2 is a side view of the clamp.

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. Indeed, this clamp is characterized by a flat piece of metal or plastic having sufficient flexibility and solidity properties to be bent twice (4) and (6) on itself thus forming three very distinct faces (5) (1) (2). Characterized by a flat face serving as a support (5) intended to be fixed by gluing or other means (8) to any surface (7). This same face (5) curved at these two ends (4) and (6) gives rise to a fixed and short face (2) and a long and flexible face (1) bearing (3) under the short face (2 ) thus allowing by its pressure the blocking of the sheet (9). One can indeed by the action of a hand press on the long face (1) the sheet, slide it under the short part (2) release the pressure of the long face (1) and thus block the sheet (9 ) simply, quickly and cleanly between the two faces (1) and (2) again in support and also allow by the same action to remove the sheet of the clamp.

Claims (7)

1) Fixed or mobile device for vertical or horizontal maintenance mainly for one or more sheets as well as possibly for objects. Made of a single piece of metal or plastic with properties characterized by flexibility and solidity. Properties allowing two folds to obtain three very distinct faces (5) (1) and (2). Of which two faces (1) (2) of opposing forces, by their support (3) between them allow the blocking of the sheet (9). As well as a face (5) for fixing (8) the device to a surface (7). 2) Device characterized according to claim l by a flat face (5) determining the length of the clamp and bent at these two ends (4) (6) to create two faces (1) and (2) of opposing force bearing against each other (3). 3) Device characterized according to claim 2 so that the face (2) is the shortest and that it is made fixed by folding (4) and that its end is slightly curved green outside (3) 4) Device characterized according to claim 2 that the face (1) made mobile by the folding (6) is longer than the face (2) and comes to bear under the face (2) at its curved end (3). 5) Device characterized according to the preceding claim by the support between the faces (1) and (2) created by two opposing forces resulting from the folds (4) (6). 6) Device characterized according to claim 1 by two folds (6) and (4) of specific shapes to make the device functional. 7) Device characterized according to claim 1 by a flat surface (5) allowing by gluing, screwing or any other means (8) to fix it to any surface (7).
