Abstract

The holder comprises one or more boxes of different materials and shape, fixed onto one or several supports of the document holder. These can be referenced with names and addresses or codes of the patient e.g. using a label for putting all the equipment and personal effects before anaesthetic or other examination.

Description

 The present invention relates to a fixed or independent device of formats which can be different for keeping the medical file and the medical document or documents of different formats in the patient's bed, in the wheelchair, in the stretcher, in the trolley, in a public hospital establishment or private: clinic, polyclinic, hospital, rehabilitation center, civilian hospices, retirement home, convalescent and rest home, spa treatment.

 To transmit, transport, keep the medical file and the medical document or documents of different formats and personal effects of the patient to the patient's bed, the wheelchair, the stretcher, the trolley at the same time as 6'1e patient / patient "of his room to a service, from a service to another service, from a room service.

 When the patient is transferred to the anesthesia room in the operating room or other department, some patients keep personal effects until the last moment such as: dental appliance (s), hearing aid (s), gown (x) such as ring (s), watch or others, pair of glasses, contact lenses or prosthesis, these arrive to be lost during its transfers because they are placed on a table in a bowl or other and then lost.

 Insurance content more and more dear to public and private hospital establishments following this problem and become more and more reluctant regarding reimbursements; they therefore demand concrete solutions to these problems.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks and considerably improves everyday life for the sick as well as for private or public hospital medical staff, it guarantees better quality of services, easy to use, easy to maintain and impeccable resistance.

 It makes it possible to keep the patient's complete file in his bed, in the wheelchair, in the stretcher and in the trolley in his room.

 It allows the patient's complete file to be transported to his bed, wheelchair, stretcher or trolley, from his room to one or more departments, without any constraints on either side, nursing staff and patients.

 It can optionally receive a fixed or independent writing medium (repositionable) with one or more clamps or various holding systems (notch (s) or slide (s) for the files concerning the medical diagnoses and treatments of the patient.

 It makes it possible to have one or more boxes of different materials and shapes, more or less large, fixed or snapped onto one or more supports of the document holder, these boxes being able to be referenced to the names and addresses or codification of the patient by a label or other , to deposit all the equipment and personal effects of the patient before anesthesia or other examinations, in order to avoid losing them.

 it can be of different colors in order to determine the services and to quickly define at a glance which service the patient belongs to.

The materials used for the realization (manufacture) of this product are limitless:
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloys or derivatives, plastic, polypropylene or derivatives:
Iron, cast iron, steel, copper, lead, tin, nickel, aluminum, gold and derivatives, silver and derivatives, white metal, nickel silver, English metal, tin alloy, printing metal, lead-based alloy, brass, zinc, plastic, polypropylene, pvc, for the whole: different thicknesses, densities or formats.

The medical document holder can be produced in several ways in different formats:
French style: height greater than width, interior capacity or greater or lesser thickness.

Italian style: width greater than height, interior capacity or greater or lesser thickness.

Normal: width equal to height, interior capacity or greater or lesser thickness.

 All this in the manufacturing material or materials mentioned above, with one or more of these materials.

According to the particular manufacturing embodiments:
Profiles of different materials: square, round, oval, rectangular, triangular, octagonal, hollow or semi-hollow, solid, flat.

Manufacturing techniques: folded (all types of bending), welded (all types of welding), screwed (all types of screws), riveted (all types of riveting), snapped (all types of snap), glued (all types of bonding), mounted on rails (all types of assemblies or cases)

With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a main carcass (1).

 The device comprises one or more legs (2 and 2bis) of maintlen with or without hinges which can be fixed or removable to the bed, the wheelchair, the stretcher and the trolley, the device can also be fixed in different ways directly.

 All sides can be fitted with one or more box supports (3) of different formats.

 All sides can be provided with one or more writing supports (4) of different fixed or independent formats with one or more holding clips.

 All sides can be provided with profiles (5) or slides (5) of different formats in order to receive the writing medium.

 All the sides can be provided with legs (6) of different formats of installation or removal or for transporting the element.

 All sides can be provided with an opening (7) of different formats for placing or retrieving the patient's medical documents or records.

 The device according to the invention is particularly intended for transporting or storing the patient's file (s) or documents and personal effects to the patient's bed, the wheelchair, the stretcher and the trolley, in the public or private medical sector.

Claims (5)

 1) Device for transporting, storing the medical file and the medical document or documents of different formats and personal effects of the patient in the patient's bed, wheelchair, stretcher, trolley, at the same time as the patient from his room to a service, from service to another service, from room service.  Characterized by the fact that it comprises one or more boxes of different materials and shapes, more or less large, fixed or snapped onto one or more supports of the document holder, which can be referenced to the names and addresses or codification of the patient by a label or other, to deposit all the equipment and personal effects of the patient before anesthesia or other examinations, in order to avoid losing them.  2) Device according to 1) can be of different colors in order to determine the services and to quickly define at a glance which service the patient belongs to  3) Device according to 1) which can be produced in several ways: French to Italian or of different formats or of different (interior) thicknesses.  4) Device according to 1) which can optionally receive a fixed or independent writing medium (repositionable) with one or more clamps or various holding systems (notch (s)) for the files concerning the medical diagnoses and treatments of the patient.  5) Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises one or more fixing lugs of different fixed or removable formats in the bed, the wheelchair, the stretcher or the patient's trolley, one or more legs of different laying or removal formats, one or more box supports of different formats, one or more writing supports of different formats.
