Abstract
The device wets sprayed fine grain materials, esp. sprayed concrete or mortar, which are conveyed pneumatically along pipes and/or hoses. The device has connectors for the hose and jet pipe, with an internal nozzle ring for a connected water supply. It has a material-distributing bluff body. This, a double cone, is mounted in an enlarged cavity facing the conveying stream. The novelty is in the shape of the cone (11). The approach angle alpha is less than 45deg., and the shape is fully conical (as opposed to truncated). Bores (8) of the nozzle ring (6) are located opposite the discharge cone (12). The jet pipe (3) connects into the holder (5)
