Abstract

The sun visor is designed to cover the window openings (6), in vehicles, and is constructed within a case (1), which has a longitudinal axis (2). The case is provided with the means to allow it to be fixed on an element of the vehicle chassis (8), which forms one of the edges of the opening. The case is provided with a base section (10), which carries a groove (13), parallel to the central longitudinal axis. The groove is defined by two lateral walls (11 & 12), both are formed with return edges (11a & 12a). The lateral walls are formed to be elastically deformable in a direction, which is perpendicular to the groove.
