Abstract

The management system has at each location to be visited a marker, in the form of an adhesive label marked with a bar code (3). The bar code identifies each location uniquely. I1 n'existe pas, à ce jour, de méthode fiable et objective pour gérer, contrôler, et )exploiter à distance l'activité d'une ou de plusieurs personnes se rendant à une succession d'adresses ou de lieux préalablement définis à l'intérieur d'un itinéraire précis. La difficulté de gestion, de contrôle, et d'exploitation s'en trouve d'autant plus grande, s'il s'agit de gerer et de contrôler un grand nombre de personnes itinérantes. Le but de l'invention est de remédier à cette difficulté et de fournir un système simple, peu couteux et sûr, pour gérer, contrôler, et exploiter, en ayant la possibilité de transférer à distance des informations recueillis par le système en temps réel, et relatives aux différents lieux ou adresses visités par la ou les personnes itinérantes. La personne itinérante enregistre les renseignements d'identification de lieu contenues dans le code à barres au )moyen d'un lecteur de code à barres portable caractérisé en ce qu'il intégre à la fois, un décodeur pour tout type de code à barres, un programme informatique propre à gérer une mémoire contenant l'ensemble des informations propres à l'identité de la personne itinérante, à l'itinéraire à effectuer, à la ou les activités devant-être réalisées sur chacun des lieux identifiés, et un dispositif de commande propre à déterminer le temps passé à effectuer une ou plusieurs activités. Lors du passage sur les lieux successifs de l'itinéraire, la personne itinérante balaie le code à barres correspondant, au moyen du lecteur de code à barres portable.
