Abstract

The bicycle parking station has an articulated frame (5) to enclose the bicycle. The frame is counterweighted to allow it and the bicycle to be lifted till it engages a catch on a fixed support structure. The frame protects the wheels, handlebars and seat against removal. The frame is locked when it is closed against the fixed frame and the user can remove a key, which is attached to a bracelet to assist the holder in carrying the key. The key can release the frame and allow the bicycle to be removed after introduction of a token which may be used to verify the key holder or to collect payment.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de consigne de vélo. The present invention relates to a bicycle deposit device.

Stationner son vélo en ville en toute sécurité n'est actuellement pas aisé. Un antivol attaché à une roue ne suffit souvent pas. Nombre de vélos stationnés sont attachés avec deux antivols, certains retirent même la selle de leur vélo. Circuler avec deux antivols suspendus à son vélo n'incite pas à l'utiliser de manière régulière. Pourtant dans le contexte actuel de sensibilisation à la pollution dans les villes, les pouvoirs publics souhaitent développer ce moyen de locomotion. Lors des grèves de décembre 1995, nous avons pu constater que:
1- les français pouvaient se déplacer en vélo,
2- les endroits pour stationner les vélos étaient insuffisants et
inadaptés (lampadaires, poteaux,...)
3- que promener ses antivols en vélo n'était pas agréable.During the strikes of December 1995, we observed that:

L'invention est de proposer aux cyclistes une consigne à vélo accessible avec un jeton de consignation, jeton qui leur sera restitué au moment de la reprise du vélo. L'invention est un râtelier à vélo sur lequel est fixé un bras articulé qui sera libéré par l'introduction dans le monnayeur d'un jeton de consignation, le cycliste déposera son vélo dans le râtelier. Il rabaissera le bras articulé au niveau souhaité afin de bloquer les deux roues et d'empecher l'enlèvement du guidon et de la selle. Un système de serrurerie permettra au cycliste de fenner à clé la consigne. La clé, à laquelle sera fixé un système de bracelet, ne sera libérée qu'aux conditions suivantes
1- qu'un jeton de consignation ait été introduit dans le
monnayeur,
2- que les pennes servant à la fermeture soient en position sortie,
3- que la clé soit dans la position condamnant l'utilisation de

bras -5-, -5- deux tubes coudés, formant bras, ayant une forme qui leur
permette de s'appliquer sur le guidon et sur la selle du vélo une
fois le dispositif en position fermée. Les tubes seront lestés d'un
