Abstract

The holders each have two elastic arms (3), opposite each other, which hold the marble (2). These are above a base (4) in contact with a support surface (5). Each base has male and female parts (10,11) that join the holders together. Each elastic arm has a hole which holds part of the marble. When the holders are joined together these parts conceal these parts of the marbles. There is a space between the holders when they are joined together and this allows the elastic parts to be deformed to insert a marble.

Description

 The present invention relates to the elements constituting supports for the presentation and collection of beads incorporating a decorative pattern, the beads being fixed in these elements.

 The systems commonly used for the presentation and collection of beads are generally constituted by separate monobloc elements, which cannot be assembled together.

 The device, object of the invention, allows the presentation of beads in elements which can be assembled in a modular fashion, in order to offer the buyer of the finished product small sales units which, associated together, constitute a set of presentation and collection of marbles. According to the invention, the ball collector can carry out the construction of diagrams, for the presentation of the balls, these diagrams being developed in accordance with the collection theme relating to the patterns integrated into the balls.

 According to the present invention, the device consists of elements intended for the presentation of balls. Each of these elements comprises a member for holding a ball arranged above a base intended to come into contact against the surface of a support. Each base has at its periphery assembly zones intended to establish a connection between the elements.

 According to an embodiment of the invention, each holding member is constituted by two elastic parts arranged opposite. Each elastic part integrates a cavity inside which a part of the volume of a ball is inserted when the latter is fixed in the element. When the elements are connected together, the elastic parts visually release, in the direction of the same axis, the volume of each ball located between two elastic parts.

 According to one embodiment of the invention, when two elements are connected together, a space is reserved between each holding member, this space being sufficient for the free deformation of a holding member during the force passage of a ball in this holding member.

 According to one embodiment of the invention, the connection between two elements is effected by the insertion of a male part inside a female part.

 According to one embodiment of the invention, the insertion of a male part inside a female part takes place along an axis disposed perpendicularly to the plane of the surface considered plane of the support on which the base, the connection made between two elements establishing between these two elements a guide along this axis.

 According to one embodiment of the invention, each male or female part is produced by a connection slide comprising either a male profile or a female profile, this profile matching the shape of a complementary profile.

 According to one embodiment of the invention, a male or female connection slide constitutes a separate part of the elements.

 According to one embodiment of the invention, each female profile associated with a male profile clamps this male profile with which it is associated.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the part of the base of an element intended to come into contact against the surface of a support has a cavity sufficient for the insertion of part of the volume of a ball fixed in another element

 According to these Figures 1 to 17, the elements 1 intended for the presentation of the balls 2 each comprise a member 3 for holding a ball 2 disposed above a base 4 coming into contact against the surface 5 of a support.

Each base 4 has at its periphery assembly zones 10, 11 intended to establish a connection between the elements 1.

 Each holding member 3 is constituted by two elastic parts 3 arranged opposite. Each elastic part 3 integrates a cavity 7 (FIGS. 4 and 12) inside which a part 8 of the volume of a ball 2 is inserted when the latter is fixed in the element 1. When the elements 1 are connected together, the elastic parts 3 visually release, in the direction of the same axis Y-Y ', the volume of each ball 2 located between two elastic parts 3.

 When two elements 1 are connected together (FIG. 8), a space 9 is reserved between each holding member 3, this space 9 being sufficient for the free deformation of a holding member 3 during the force passage of a ball 2 in this holding member 3.

 According to Figures 1 to 17, the connection between two elements 1 is effected by the insertion of a male part 10 or 12 inside a female part 11. According to Figures 1 to 12, the male parts 10 and female 11 constituting the assembly zones 10 and 11. According to FIGS. 13 to 17, only the female parts 11 constituting the assembly zones 11.

 According to FIGS. 1 to 17, the insertion of a male part 10 or 12 inside a female part 1 1 takes place along an axis XX ′ arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the surface 5 considered plane of the support on which the base 4 is placed, the connection made between two elements 1 establishing between these two elements 1 a guide along this axis XX ′. Each male or female part 10, 11 or 1 2 is produced by a connection slide 10, 11 or 12 comprising either a male profile 10 or 12, or a female profile 11, this profile 10, 11 or 12 conforming to the shape of a complementary profile 10,11 or 12.

 According to FIGS. 13 to 17, a male connection slide 12 constitutes a part 21 distinct from the elements 1.

 According to FIGS. 1 to 17, each female profile 11 associated with a male profile 10 or 12 clamps this male profile 10 or 12 with which it is associated in order to establish a non-slip connection between the elements 1.

 According to FIG. 10, the part of the base 4 of an element 1 intended to come into contact against the surface 5 of a support has a cavity 13 sufficient for the insertion of a part 14 of the volume of a ball 2 fixed in another element 1, which allows the superposition of an element 1 on another element 1 in order to facilitate the storage of the balls 2 collected.

 According to Figures 5, 9 and 17, the eleven elements 1 are interconnected to form a group 15, 15 'or 15 "reproducing the layout diagram of a football team at the time of the start of the game. The balls 2 integrate the decorative patterns 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 representing the heads of various football players belonging to a common team, the collection theme of these balls being football. The ball 16 represents the goal, the ball 17 the libero player, the balls 18 the four backs, the balls 19 the two side players and the balls 20 the three attackers Depending on the theme chosen for a collection of balls, it is thus possible to associate a construction scheme suitable for the presentation of collected beads.

 The device, object of the invention, allows the presentation of beads integrating decorative patterns in elements that can be assembled in modular fashion according to various diagrams developed in line with the collection theme relating to the patterns integrated into the beads.

Claims (9)

 1 - Device constituted by elements (1) intended for the presentation of balls (2), characterized in that each element (1) comprises a holding member (3) of a ball (2) disposed above a base (4) intended to come into contact against the surface (5) of a support, each base (4) comprising at its periphery assembly zones (10 or 11) intended to establish a connection between the elements (1) .  2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that each holding member (3) is constituted by two elastic parts (3) arranged opposite, each elastic part (3) integrating a cavity (7) in the '' inside which a part (8) of the volume of a ball (2) is inserted when the latter is fixed in the element (1), and, when the elements (1) are interconnected, the parts elastic (3) visually release, in the direction of the same axis Y-Y ', the volume of each ball (2) located between two elastic parts (3).  3 - Device according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that, when two elements (1) are connected together, a space (9) is reserved between each holding member (3), this space (9) being sufficient for the free deformation of a holding member (3) when a ball (2) is forced through this holding member (3).  4 - Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connection between two elements (1) is effected by the insertion of a male part (10 or 12) inside a part female (11).  5 - Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the insertion of a male part (10 or 12) inside a female part (11) takes place along an axis XX 'arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the surface (5) considered plane of the support on which the base (4) is placed, the connection made between two elements (1) establishing between these two elements (1) a guide along this axis XX ′.  6 - Device according to claim 4 or claim 5, characterized in that each male (10 or 12) or female (11) part is produced by a connection slide (10, 11 or 12) comprising either a male profile (10 or 12), or a female profile (11), this profile (10, 11 or 12) matching the shape of a complementary profile (10, 11 or 12).  7 - Device according to claim 6, characterized in that a male (12) or female connection slide constitutes a part (21) distinct from the elements (1)  8 - Device according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that each female profile (11) associated with a male profile (10 or 12) clamps this male profile (10 or 12) with which it is associated.  9 - Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the part of the base (4) of an element (1) intended to come into contact against the surface of a support has a sufficient cavity (13) when inserting a part (14) of the volume of a ball (2) fixed in another element (1).
