Abstract

The mounting allows the limited angular movement and return of a clip on a writing implement with respect to the body of the writing implement. It has a fixed cap (1) receiving via an opening a cam (3) fixed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the clip arm. The cam is retained by a movable lug plate (4) which is held in a seating to bias the cam via a spring which is held in the cap by a movable sleeve and allowing the return of the movable part.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif adaptable à des instruments d'écriture, comme un stylo à agrafe débattante par exemple, des pièces de bijouterie et accessoires de maroquinerie, ainsi qu'à tout autre objet dont on souhaite la mobilité angulaire d'une ou plusieurs pièces avec effet de rappel en position initiale et ce à l'aide d'un système simple, offrant une grande facilité de montage et démontage et ayant pour particularité de ne pas nécessiter d'axe mécanique de rotation

Les avantages obtenus grâce à la présente invention résident dans:
1 - l'obtention du débattement angulaire d'une pièce mécanique avec un angle d'ouverture pouvant atteindre 30 grâce à un mécanisme simple supprimant les problèmes de montage, de frottement et d'usure liés à l'utilisation d'un axe mécanique traditionnel,
2 - le rappel automatique de ladite pièce mécanique en position initiale grâce à la pression d'un corps élastique dont l'effet assure également le maintien en place d'un organe de bute et de verrouillage,

Ledit mécanisme étant composé de:

Montage & démontage du mécanisme:
a - introduire la came (3) de l'agrafe (2) dans l'orifice coordonné du capuchon (i),
b - introduire la rondelle (4) de verrouillage de l'agrafe par l'ouverture du capuchon en prenant soin de bien engager le tenon dans l'encoche coordonnée de la came et s'assurer de l'impossibilité de dégager l'agrafe,
c - introduire le ressort (5) par l'ouverture du capuchon,
d - engager l'ensemble inners (6) dans le capuchon puis, à l'aide d'une clef alaine ou d'un tournevis (suivant option) plongé à l'intérieur de l'liners visser ce dernier jusqu'à compression normale du ressort. Le débattement et le rappel de l'agrafe sont alors assurés.Assembly & disassembly of the mechanism:

Claims

5 - device according to claim 1 characterized in that the movable part can open under the simple pressure of a finger applied to the heel of said piece (8).
