Abstract

The guide consists of a flat guide member (2) with a fixing bracket (4) for attaching it to the knife blade (6), and a regulator (18, 42) for adjusting the thickness of the slices cut by the blade, comprising a sliding arm (18) and an aperture with a fixing screw (42). The bracket has a sole (22) with a groove in it to receive the lower edge of the blade, and a locking element in the form of a key (20) with a cam (38).

L'invention est du domaine des accessoires ménagers, et elle a pour objet un dispositif de guidage de la lame d'un ustensile tranchant à main, couteau notamment ou équivalent.
