  TECHNICAL FIELD The invention belongs to the field of sliding sports, including cross-country skiing and snowboarding, but also ice skating or roller skating or walking. It aims more precisely a new shoe structure particularly advantageous with respect to

its assembly and manufacture.

  Prior art In known manner, the cross-country ski boots or surf are formed of a rod dressing the foot and the lower leg and under which is glued a rigid sole. In general, the stem is made by

mounting on a form.

  The different parts of the stem are modeled on the shape

  and secured to a first assembly which forms the underside of the rod.

  This joining is effected either by gluing or by nailing. It is easy to see that this type of assembly requires a precise workforce and

  careful, resulting in high costs.

  Furthermore, it is well known, for manufacturing low-end shoes, a manufacturing technique of mounting the rod from a flat piece cut to a particular contour to form the volume of the upper part of the rod. This technique is commonly known as "STROEBEL" stitching, from the name of the company that makes the machines for this type of stitching. In this case, the "bottom" of the stem consists of a piece of fabric which is just sew the contour on the lower edges of the lower part of the rod. Of course, it is conceivable that this kind of assembly can only lead to an unsightly stem shape, especially with regard to its part.

  The problem that has been solved to solve the invention is to allow the assembly of a gliding sports shoe rod combining the advantages of traditional form fitting with the ease of realization of the assembly by stitching. It also proposes to type the

  shoes according to the desired qualities specific to the sport practiced.

  The invention relates to a shoe for the practice of walking, a sport of gliding or skating, of the type comprising: - a rod for gripping the foot and the lower leg, said rod being composed of a vamp and two lateral flanks joining at the rear, a sole comprising technical elements including those allowing walking, said sole being secured to the underside of the upper, and in which the lower edges of the upper and lateral flanks.

  In a first embodiment, the central and peripheral zones of the sole are made by molding a plastic material. In another embodiment, the meadow is composed of a textile sheet on at least one side of which is injected a plastic material to form the central zone, the protruding portions of

  the textile sheet constituting the peripheral zone of the meadow.

  In this way, the outsole is given an optimal distribution of rigidity for the sport for which the shoe is intended, while maintaining the sewing skills of the overlying peripheral area of textile material. In order to impart to the sole of the boot flexural abilities, the means capable of conferring on the sole a distribution of rigidity are constituted by flexible transverse zones disposed at least at the level of the metatarsophalangeal joint. In this way, when the meadow is covered with the final sole, the flexible transverse zones constitute areas of articulation and folding of

the sole.

  In a first embodiment, the bending zones consist of grooves cut transversely in the meadow. According to another characteristic of the invention, the means capable of conferring on the soleplate a distribution of rigidity are constituted by zones made of materials having different mechanical properties. To improve the mechanical capabilities of the shoe, and in particular to increase the stiffness of the sole during the support phases during the practice of skating step, the presemelle has a rigid diagonal band connecting the regions respectively corresponding to the base of the big toe and the outer face of the heel, said diagonal band being inserted into the rest of the presemelle. In this way, during the lateral supports, the sole has a rigidity directed in the direction of the efforts. According to another characteristic of the invention, the lower face of the meadow has protruding zones or inserts intended to pass through the sole. Advantageously, it may be a fixation stud implanted under the plantar arch and derived from molding in the application of the invention to a surf boot, or a transverse front axle in the case of a shoe. cross-country skiing or

  anchors of castors on skates.

  To facilitate the establishment of the presemelle and sewing, the lower edges of the upper and the lateral flanks of the stem are curved

under the presemelle.

  How to realize the invention As already said, the invention resides in a shoe structure that allows easy manufacture and does not require immobilization

on a form.

  The upper part of the stem results from a manufacture known in itself, so that it is not useful to describe the details further. In the following, the parts (2) forming the upper and the side flanks (5) are identified. One of the main features of the invention lies in the addition to this upper part of the stem, a presemelle (11)

  presenting a particular geometry.

  As seen in Figures 1 and 2, this preemale (11) comprises a central zone (12) having a thickness of between 1 and 15 mm depending on whether it is carried out in a massive manner or that it comprises protrusions such as ribs or pimples. The central zone (12) of the presemelle (11) is circumscribed by a peripheral zone (13) having a much smaller thickness, namely of the order of one millimeter. This contour (13) of lesser thickness extends over a distance of about one centimeter. Attaching the meadow (11) to the upper part of the stem is obtained by sewing the peripheral zone (13) on the lower edges (28) of said upper part (10). We can easily imagine that we can

  possibly replace this seam with a collage.

  As can be seen in Figure 3, this (11) consists of

  in one piece made of plastic by molding.

  Of course, it is possible to give this preselle any suitable and advantageous form as regards its adaptation to the shape of the foot. The variant illustrated in Figure 4 has a slightly different constitution. Indeed, the presemelle (11) is made by injection of a plastic material on a textile sheet (14) fabric or nonwoven. This textile sheet (14) has a surface corresponding to the total surface of the presemelle. The plastic material (15) is injected only in the central zone (12) of the chairmen. Given the characteristics of permeability of the textile sheet used, the injection of the plastic material is made by one side (16), the other side (17) being

  performed by creep through the textile sheet (14).

  As already said, one of the characteristics of the presemelle (11) is to give some rigidity to the sole of the shoe, to typing as much as possible to the technical constraints of the sport practiced. Of course, this rigidity can be localized to provide flexing zones skilfully arranged to facilitate the articulation of the foot requested during the practice of cross-country skiing, or walking. Thus, as shown in Figures 5 to 7, the presemelle (11) has on its underside, grooves (20, 21) transverse disposed at the joints of the foot. Advantageously, these grooves (20, 21) correspond to the joints of the phallanges and to the metatarsophalangeal joint. Of course, the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, but on the contrary covers all variants in which the grooves are arranged according to the stresses of

foot movement.

  Of course, the thickness of the central portion may be below or below the level of the peripheral zone, or

  distributed on both sides, depending on the desired technical effects.

  As illustrated in FIG. 7, the bending grooves (20, 21) may be replaced by zones (22, 23) made of a plastic material different from that of most of the pre-sole (11). This double

  composition can be obtained by bi-injection.

  To improve the mechanical capabilities of the shoe, particularly in the practice of cross-country skiing according to the skater's step, the pre-sole (11) has arrangements improving the stiffness according to the direction of the forces exerted. Thus, as seen in Figure 8, the presemelle (11) has a diagonal band (25) of rigidity greater than most (12) of the presemelle. This strip (15) connects the base of the

  big toe on the outer side of the heel, passing under the arch.

  Thus, during the different phases of support, the foot finds at any time a precise support optimizing the thrust and efficiency. This diagonal band (25) can be made by inserting a plastic material having

  a higher hardness, or more simply by bi-injection.

  According to the same principle, the presemelle shown in Figure 12 has an arrangement increasing the stiffness of the sole between the areas of the plantar arch and heel. Indeed, the thick part (12) of the presemelle receives a metal blade (30) embedded, to limit the

  bending of the shoe between the aforementioned areas.

  As already said, the invention lies in the use of a présemelle (11) capable of conferring a certain rigidity to the sole. Thus, it is readily apparent that the variants combining different profiles (26, 27) such as those illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 11 can be envisaged and modulated according to the desired stiffness and bending distribution. The variant illustrated in Figure 13 has a large thickness suitable for producing relatively rigid shoes. In order not to excessively increase its mass, and to avoid the shrinkage due to molding, the pre-sole (11) has recessed portions (31) defining

a network of ribs (32).

  The presemelle (11) shown in Figure 14 has on its upper face, a plurality of flexible pins (33), able to tilt under the weight of the user. The height of the pins (33) is variable on the surface of the presemelle (11) depending on the shape of the bottom of the foot. Thus, the upper face of the meadow marries the shape of the underside of the

  foot, which improves comfort, without adding significant mass.

  According to another characteristic of the invention, the présemelle supports elements either reported, or directly from molding, performing technical functions. It may be, as illustrated in FIG. 15, a semi-frustoconical stud (35) intended to be gripped by the jaws of a surf binding. Of course, the invention covers multiple variants incorporating elements equipping the shoes belonging to the field of the invention. The following non-illutrated examples can be mentioned: the axis of cooperation with the fixing of cross-country ski boots, the anchorages of the running gear for the skates

  casters, or even the diagonal band (25) shown in FIG.

  o2737394 The final shoe is obtained by gluing or injection of the sole proper under the presemelle connected to the stem. This final sole fulfills the sealing functions on the edges of the rod. It also includes the final shapes of the underside of the sole. In the case of figure o the presemelle comprises organs outgrowth, the final sole is perforated to allow the

passage during its joining.

  In the general case, the upper face of the sole has a

  complementary shape to that of the lower face of the presemelle (11).

  It follows from the foregoing that the shoe according to the invention advantageously combines the use of the technique of mounting rods "flat" with soles of rigidity much more

  important than those usable until then.

  According to another point of view, the invention makes it possible to ensure, by different organs, on the one hand the rigidity of the sole and on the other hand its resistance to wear and its aesthetic appearance. Indeed, it is known that generally the rigid materials have a low wear resistance and a poor external appearance, while the materials with low wear and

  flattering appearance are not rigid. Thus, by geographically dissociating these two functions, the invention allows the use of appropriate materials and therefore the optimal combination of stiffness and wear resistance.
