Abstract

Document holder for hanging classification according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the suspension means provided on a large lateral face (4) of this document holder, for its use in the manner of a suspended file, are constituted by an added longitudinal suspension bar (16), the end of which located at the rear of the document holder is provided with a first retractable suspension cleat (5), movable between an extended position d and a retracted transport position, the end of which located at the front of the document holder, therefore on the side of the front opening (3), is provided with a second movable suspension cleat (6) between an extended position and a retracted position, and provided with a push button (23) allowing it to be pushed in manually, against spring means (24).

Document holder for hanging classification according to all of claims 3 and 5, characterized in that the flaps (12,13) for closing the front opening (3) comprise, on the side of the suspension bar (16 ), a cutout (26) giving free access to the push button (23) integral with the second suspension cleat (6).

Document holder for hanging classification according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that at least the first retractable suspension cleat (5) co-carries two elastically deformable fingers (21), slidably mounted in a longitudinal direction in a groove of the suspension bar (16) and cooperating with notches (22) formed on this bar (16), for its indexing in the out of use position and in the retracted transport position.

Document holder for hanging classification according to any one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the spring means, associated with the second movable suspension cleat (6), are constituted by an elastic blade or tongue (24) , of curved shape, held between this second suspension cleat (6) and a fixed point (25) of the suspension bar (16).

9. Document holder for hanging classification according to any one of claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the suspension bar (16) is attached internally against the large lateral face (4) of the case, and is fixed to this lateral face (4) by gluing, welding or snap-fastening.

Document holder for hanging classification according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the retractable handle (7) is produced as a handle pivotally mounted about a longitudinal axis (11), in the middle region of the large side face (4), so that it can be deployed for transport, or to be folded against said side face (4) to allow the suspension of the document holder.
