Abstract

The cable retaining accessory is in the form of a 'T', with the upright (33) and two arms (34). The upright clips into the bottom of the cable tray, and the arms of the 'T' extend so they can be bent under the lips (18) at the edges of the opening of the cable tray. The upright has a profile at its lower end to allow it to clip into and lock in the fixing rails (24) at the bottom of the cable tray. The fixing rails are parallel to each other and run along the centre of the bottom of the cable tray. They have a 'T'-shaped profile, and are flexible to allow items to clip in between them. The bottom of the upright has a chamfered head (38,39) that is pressed between the rails, and a wider shoulder (40) that rests on the rails.
