An automatic integrated machine for prepn. of fruit and vegetables, esp. mechanically harvested nuts, consists of a compact assembly which effects dry sepn. of most of the foreign bodies gathered during mechanical harvesting, a continuous shelling or peeling system and a selective system for final sepn. of products of different densities, the entire assembly having very low water consumption.
