MEMOIRE DESCRIPTIF
Il esc connu de realiser des poutres enntole mibce deformee elastiquement i et raidies sur les rives par des profiles de forme diverse
Bans le cas ou de telles poutres sont juxtaposees il convient de realiser la :oi:c;. jo jonction des ondes contigues dans le cas ou le profil de raidissage est commun aux 2 poutres contigues il est connu d' utiliser un profil rainure dans lequel les toles sont enfilees
Le present brevet permet une amelioration de cette jonction en supprimant le profile rainure qui se trouve remplace par un profil courant , tube rond carre ou rectangulaire , la liaison des toles avec ce profil etant realisee par une unique agrafe disposee a intervales reguliers de 1' ordre du metre
la figure I represente un mode de jonction propose
Sous le repere (I) est figuree une premiere tole comportant un pli a 90
La deuxieme tole repere (2) comporte un pli a 45 9 (repere (3 ) et une deuxieme
pli a 45" du precedent repere (4)
Une agrafe repere (5) entoure le profile repere (6) et comporte 2 plis a 90
et un pli a 450 Ce dernier vient coiffer le pli a 90 e de la tole repere (I)
La tole repere (2) vient coiffer 1' agrafe et son pli repere (4) vient é' engager
par clipsage sous 1' extremite de 1' agarfe repere (5 ) La position de clipsage
est representee en pointille
On remarquera tout 1' interet de la forme de 1' agrafe repere (5) qui au lieu
de ceinturer au plus pres le profile repere(6) comporte au contraire un cote allonge
qui facilitera le clipsage grace a sa plus grande souplesse
La figure 2 represente un cas d' assemblage dans lequel le profile est supprime
La forme de 1' agrafe est simplifiee mais au lieu d ' etre clipsse elle sera
enfilee longitudinalement sur la tole
Il convient de preciser que la valeur des angles est donnee a titre d' exemple
de meme que la forme carree du profile represente Toute forme de profile est
utilisable
Il faut remarquer aussi qu'il n' y a aucun jeu entre le pli a 900 de la premiere
tole et 1' agrafe C'est cette absence de jeu qui maintient au contraire le jeu
indispensable pour que le pli repere (4) puisse s' engager entre 1' agrafe et
la tole repere (I)
A noter que le pli repere (4) peut etre remplace par des vis , boulons ou rivets repere (8 ) ou (9 ) Le dispositif propose presente un avantage particulier car dans la position repere (8) aucune etancheite a la traversee de la tole n' entant necessaire les fuites eventuelles par cette fixation restant au dessus de la tole (I)
L' ecartement des agrafes est fonction du risque de flmabement du profile et de la
