Abstract

The container is made up of a spherical receptacle (2) formed from blow moulding plastic material and a base (4) that is completely rigid and carries a location seat (6) for the spherical receptacle. A circular opening (8) is provided that is closed by a cover (10). The cover has a conical side wall (12) with a thin wall thickness and a base (14) and its smallest end. At the other end a contact collar (16) is positioned that is in contact with the external surface of the receptacle. The diameter of the opening is between the minimum and maximum diameters of the conical side wall.
