Abstract

Play unit intended to enhance integration of children and their learning source in an aquatic environment by using the progressive depth of the water which is a consequence of the slope in swimming pools. The invention relates to equipment making it possible to assist children in mastering the liquid element through play and convivial surroundings, in complete confidence, freedom, independence and safety. It consists of four thermoplastic panels (Figure 1) which are entirely transparent. Four access ports (5) at different levels with respect to that of the water, four hand rails (1) fastened inside, four corner brackets (2), protections (3), four grips (4) for handling and an articulation device enabling it to be stored (Figure 2). The unit according to the invention is intended for "Water baby" associations and clubs, but may also be used by the disabled, schools, outdoor centres, leisure parks, diving clubs and individuals. The equipment falls within the context of miscellaneous industries (APE 5401).

DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a playful model intended to gradually promote the integration of children and their source of arousal in an aquatic environment.

 Safety is ensured under the sign of confidence, autonomy and freedom by the parents and the managers of the pools who share in a friendly atmosphere the games of the group present in the environment.

 The progressive water level linked to the slope of the basins had not yet been used.

The aim of using new and entirely transparent material is to fill this gap.

 This creation aims to bring a new element into this sector while closely associating educational and playful contributions with maximum security and will complement the supports already used in this field.

 The model is presented in the form of a cube (Figure 1) without roof or floor maintained by its own weight on the bottom of the basin.

 Figures 3, 4, S, z show, according to the invention, the arrangement of the access portholes relative to the progressive level of the water in the basin when the equipment is in use and placed on the bottom. They also specify the components of the structure.

The creation is more particularly intended for Associations and Clubs of "Babies
Swimmers "as well as in the disabled sector, but it can also be used by all children attending swimming pools or aquatic basins in general.

An adaptation is potentially planned for diving clubs.

Claims (2)

 1) Device for improving the integration of children and their source of arousal in the aquatic environment using equipment adapted to the progressive depth of the water and the slope of the pools, characterized in that consists of 4 transparent plates (Figure 1) held by their own weight on the bottom of the pool, assembly angles (2), access portholes (5) promoting the progression of children towards the aquatic environment and hands interior currents (1) placed flush with the water which allow the station and the choice of the children's route.  2) Device according to claim 1. characterized in that the assembly angles (2) have a vertical articulation (Figure 2) for flat or standing storage of the assembly.
