Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une installation de traitement et, plus spécialement de décapage d'une bande métallique comprenant une série de bacs (2) remplis d'un liquide (20) de décapage, chaque bac (2) étant séparés des bacs adjacents par deux cloisons munies chacune, à sa partie supérieure, d'un seuil de soutien de la bande (1), placé au-dessus du niveau du liquide (20). Selon l'invention, chaque seuil (22) est équipé d'une pièce de soutien (3) limitée par une face de contact arrondie (4), convexe vers le haut, sur laquelle est ménagée une rainure (5) de récupération du liquide, s'étendant le long de la partie supérieure de la pièce de soutien (3), transversalement à la direction de défilement, et prolongée, au moins à l'une de ses extrémités, par un conduit de renvoi (6) débouchant dans le bac amont (2a), le fond (53) de la rainure (5) et ledit conduit de renvoi (6) étant inclinés vers le bas pour permettre un retour naturel vers le bac amont (2a), du liquide récupéré dans la rainure (5).
