Laparoscopic device for extracting an operating piece, characterized in that it comprises a small landing net having a handle (1), one end of which is provided with an elastically deformable handle (2) capable of being retracted in the closed position, to take an approximately rectilinear shape, extending the handle, this handle (2) carrying a bag (3) in the form of a pocket made of a flexible and transparent material.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said handle (2) is naturally in its deployed form, its retraction being carried out by winding the bag (3) around the handle.

Device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises a tubular sleeve (4), with a threaded external wall (41) capable of being introduced into the handle (2) and screwed to the interior of the bag (3) in the surgical access path, such as the abdominal wall (PA), the interior opening of the sleeve allowing the passage of a tool for breaking up an operating part (PO) contained in the bag (3).

4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises a fragmenting tool (5) nestable in said sleeve (4).

5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that said fragmenting tool (5) comprises a set of cutting wires (8) able to grip and cut the operating part (PO) contained in the bag (3).

6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that said fragmenting tool (5) is provided with a system for actuating the cutting wires (8) with screw / nut (6,7).
