Abstract

The invention relates to a device for indicating beats, such as a metronome. The device is of the type comprising a unit (9) which can move in accordance with the desired beat and is capable of producing a signal indicating a beat intended for a person such as a musician or a student musician. It is characterised in that it comprises a box (1), one wall (5) of which is in contact with the skin of the person for which the said beat is intended and includes a drilling (10), and in that the indicating unit (9) is mounted in the said box (1) so that it can move between a position retracted into the box and an out position in which it touches the skin of the said person through the drilling (10). The invention is useful in the field of music.

Claims

1. Rhythm indicating device, such as a metronome, of the type comprising a member movable according to the desired rhythm and capable of producing a signal indicating a rhythm intended for a person such as a musician or student musician, characterized in that it comprises a housing (1) of which a wall (5) is in contact with the skin of the person for whom said rhythm is intended and includes a bore (10), and in that the indicator member (9 ) is mounted movably in said housing (1) between a withdrawn position in the housing and an extended position in which it strikes the skin of said person.a "over the bore (10).
