Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif qui permet de serrer sans brasage des inserts en matériaux de coupe tels que polycristallin Diamant (PKD) ou nitrure de bore cubique (CBN). Elle est constituée d'une plaquette de base (1) et d'un insert de coupe (2). La plaquette de base (1), fabriquée en un matériau tel qu'acier à ressort, acier rapide, carbure de tungstène, de forme carrée, rhombique, triangulaire ou autres formes standard ISO ou spéciales est réalisée avec un logement dans lequel est positionné l'insert (2) à bloquer lors du montage du dispositif dans le porte-outil de la machine. Le logement comporte au minimum deux ergots à pentes coniques multiples. L'insert 2), avec sa forme et ses deux logements d'ergots, est adapté au logement de la plaquette (1). Le centrage et le blocage de l'insert (2) sont réalisés lors du montage du dispositif dans le porte-outil de la machine.
