Abstract

The present invention is a manual dispenser for pasty substances such as butter, vegetable fat and various creams. It makes it possible to squeeze the latter out in portions and in the form of strips having the desired thickness. This method is characterised in that it comprises 2 compression chambers (5 and 6) actuated by one and the same arm (7) allowing effortless manual operation. The first compression chamber (5) is for longitudinal motion by the intermediary of a moving piston (8) and the second is for rotary motion by the intermediary of a cylindrical piston (14) with a scraper (15).

Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte 2 chambres de compression (5 et 6) actionnes par un seul et même bras (7) autorisant une manipulation manuelle sans effort
La première chambre de compression (5) a pour fonction d'apporter à la deuxième (6) en deplaçant la totalité de la pâte une quantité réduite de celle-ci, pour facilement l'exprimer dans la deuxième chambre de compression
La première chambre (5) de compression comporte un logement, qui est la partie arrière du boîtier (1), dans lequel va se déplacer un piston (8) d'un mouvement longitudinal . La progression de ce piston est assurée par deux cremaillères (9 et 10) situées paralellement de chaque côté du piston (8) s'accrochant aux dents (9 et 10) de celui-ci faisant fonction de cliquets . C'est par un mouvement de va-et-vient que le piston avance à chaque manipulation du bras (7), celui-ci entraîne grâce aux cames (11 et 17) un mouvement de va-et-vient sur les deux cremaillères mobiles . Ce piston dispose aussi de dents (12) empêchant son recul sur sa base grâce à une troisième crémaillère (13) solidaire du logement de l'appareil.

Lorsque le piston (8) est arrivé en fin de course la forme arrondie de ses dents dans le sens vertical permet le dégagement complet de celui-ci pour le replacer à son point de départ
