La presente invention concerne un dispositif pour elever la temperature de lteau froide d'uh logement d'environ une dizaine de degres,avant emploi, en utilisant les zones les plus chaudes de ce logement,au cours de l'annee, pour y garder une certaine masse d'eau froide,qui va tendre à y prendre la temperature ambiante,avant dtaller aux differents points d'utilisation,et ceci jour et nuit; Un seul reservoir, standard ou specifique ,peut être uti lise.Si non plusieurs qui pourront etre branches en serie,ou en parallele, ou partie en serie et partie en parallèle,
Par exemple,pour un petit appartement,un seul reservoir standard,d'en viron 1,5 metre de haut, o,70 metre de large, o,l metre d'epaisseur,place contre un mur de la salle de bain ,ameliorerait beaucoup la temperature de l'eau froide fournie par la municipalite,surtout en hiver;;
L'eau froide arrive en partie inferieure du reservoir,ou des reservoir s et part en partie superieure du reservoir,ou des reservoirs,pour aller aux differents points d'empoi,apres avoir pris la temperature ambiante au cours de son sejour en reservoir,et cela jour et nuiti
