Abstract

Device designed from a single flat blank cut from a sheet of foldable material, such as cardboard or plastic and grooved to facilitate folding, comprising a polygonal bottom (A.1) on which are articulated by two opposite sides (A.110, A.120), shutters (B.1, B.2) made up of side walls (B.11, B.21) adjacent to the bottom (A.1) extended by folding parts (B.12, B.22), positioned on the top of the box, and each terminated by a handle (C.1, C.2). The bottom (A.1) has a detachable closure strip (E.1) in its center.

Description

Carrying device with handles
The invention relates to a carrying device with handles for packaging, such as pastries, pizzas, quiches, designed from a single blank cut from a sheet of cardboard or plastic, or any other material whose characteristics
allow its realization, and grooved to facilitate folding.

Currently, there are two kinds of folding boxes for pastry packaging. The first are made up of a bottom, extended by four lateral uprights, glued and pre-folded and of an attached cover, the closing of these being done by the folding of the cover. The seconds are made up of a base, on which four lateral uprights, not glued, are articulated, themselves extended by two tabs provided with a central slot, and by two uprights each terminated by a handle,
For the first, the design does not allow easy gripping, forcing the wearer to handle the box without real security. For seconds, if the port is facilitated by the handles, the design of the box means using more raw material, making the product more expensive.

 One of the objects of the invention is to design a device with handles according to various innovations in order to allow the folding boxes to be worn without handles, whether raw or decorated with a decorative ribbon. This achievement tends to balance the two packaging concepts, through their respective qualities.

The carrying device is in the form of a single flat blank cut from a sheet of foldable material, such as cardboard or plastic and grooved to facilitate folding, comprising
- for raw boxes: a polygonal background (A.1) on
which are articulated by two of the opposite sides (R.110, .120), flaps (B.1, B.2) composed of walls
lateral (B.11, B.21) adjacent to the bottom (R.1) extended
by folding parts (B.12, B.22), positioning
on the top of the boot, and each finished with a
handle (C.?),
- for boots with a decorative ribbon: a
polygonal background (A.10) on which are articulated by
two of the opposite sides (1I1, A.121) of the parts
folding (13.10, B.20), positioned on top of the
bottom (A.10), and each terminated by a handle (C.10,
C.20).

According to another characteristic of the invention, the bottom (A.1) or (A.10) has in its center a closing strip (E.1) or (E.10). This band (E.1) or (E.1O) allows, thanks to its
middle slit (E.2) or (E.20), to secure the handles (C.1,
C.2) or (C.10, C.20). The strip (E.1) or (E.10) is designed precut during the manufacture of the box, but remains positioned in its location, thanks to attachment points.

To carry out the operation, the user detaches the strip (E.1) or (E.10), positions the device around the mounted box, for (E.1) or slides it under the knot of the decorative ribbon, to (E.10), then insert the handles (C.1, C.2) or (C.10, C.20) into the middle slot (E.2) or (E.20) of the band (E. 1) or (E.10).

 According to another characteristic of the invention, the handles (C.1, C.2) or (C.10, C.20) are cut outwards in a semi-oval shape (C.14, C.24) or (C. 140, C.240) for easy sliding in the slot (E.?) Or (E.20) and internally (C.15, C.25) or (C.150, C.250) so as to define a space suitable for total safety when wearing, and that they have lateral recesses (C.12, C.13, C.22, C23) or (C.121, C.131, C.221, C.231 ) allowing their blocking in the slot (E.2) or (E.20).

 The description which follows, given with reference to the appended drawings given by way of nonlimiting example, will allow a better understanding of the invention.

 Figure 1 is a plan view of the first embodiment of the carrying device with handles.

 Figure 2 is a perspective view of the establishment of the first design mode of the carrying device with handles.

 According to the invention, in view of FIG. 1, the cut and grooved blank comprises a bottom (.1.), Bordered by lateral flaps (B.1.

B.2). Each flap is formed by a wall (B.11., B.21), and a folding part (B.12, B.22). The folding parts are designed to be integral with each other, according to the following process
- once the bottom (A.1) is put in place under the button, the uprights (B12, 13.22) extended by the handles (C.1, C.2) are brought back to the top of the packaging, the positioning being facilitated by the fold lines (C.110, C.120).

- the fixing operation takes place thanks to the half-oval design (C.14, C.?4) of the handles (C.1, C.2), these come after folding the dimensions (C .110, C.120), insert into the closing strip (E.1), previously detached from the bottom (.1), and lock thanks to their recesses (C.12, C.13,
C.22, C.23) made wider than the slot (E.2).

Figure 2 shows the installation of the device in its form of use. This positioning is carried out by positioning the box on the bottom (R.1), and by folding the device around said box using the fold lines (A, 110, 0, B.110, B .120, C.110, C 120), the
handles (C.15 C.2) which are inserted, in the end, in the slot (E.2) of the closure strip (E.1). This figure shows the positioning of the fold lines as well as the cutout of the carrying handles.

 Figure 3 shows the installation of the device with a top view of the box. This clearly shows the positioning of the device as well as the closure strip (E.1).

FIG. 4 represents a second mode of design of the device, having for field of application, boxes having a decorative ribbon. This includes a bottom (A.10) bordered by folding parts (13.10, B.20) terminated by a handle (C.10, C.?0). The folding parts are designed to be integral with each other, according to the following process
- the device is slipped under the knot of the decorative ribbon, the foldable parts (B.10, B.20) are brought back on the top of the bottom (A.10), the positioning being facilitated by the fold lines (B. 111, B.121).

- the fixing operation is carried out thanks to the semi-oval design (C.140, C.240) of the handles (C.10, C.20), these come after folding the sides B.111 , B.121), insert into the closing strip (E.10), previously detached from the bottom (A.10), and lock thanks to their recesses (C.129, C.131,
C.221, C.231) made wider than the slit (E.20).

 FIG. 5 represents the implementation of the second mode of design of the device in its form of use. This installation is carried out by sliding the device under the knot of the decorative ribbon, the bottom ((A.10) being centered under this knot, the handles (C.10, C.20) are brought back on top of the bottom (A.10), causing the flap of the parts (B.10, B.20) by folding the sides (A.111, A.121), the handles (C.10, C.20) being inserted, final, in the slot (E.20) of the closure strip (E.10).

 Figure 6 shows the establishment of the second design mode of the device with a top view of the box.

This view highlights the blocking of the corners of the fold lines (A.111, A.lÇlj by the decorative tape, giving better stability to the packaging during its wearing

Claims (1)

 CLAIMS 1 - Carrying device with handles for packaging, especially for pastries, pizzas, quiches, designed from a single flat blank cut from a sheet of foldable material, such as cardboard or plastic and grooved to facilitate folding ,  comprising a polygonal bottom (h.1) on which are articulated by two of the opposite sides (h.1105 A.120), flaps (B.1, B.2) composed of side walls (13.11, 13.21) adjacent to the bottom (A.1) extended by folding parts (13.1 ?, B.22), and each terminates with a handle (CI, C.2) 5 characterized in that it has in its center a closing strip (E .1). This strip (E.1) allows, thanks to its median slot (E.2), to secure the handles (C.1, C.2). The band (E.1) is designed pre-cut during the manufacture of the box, but remains positioned in its location, thanks to attachment points. The operation is carried out by detaching the band (E.1), by positioning the device around the mounted box, then by inserting its handles (C.15 C.2) in the middle slot ( E.2) of band 20 (E.1).  2 - Carrying device with handles for packaging, according to  claim 1, characterized in that it fits on boxes having a decorative ribbon, as used in pastry making, comprising a polygonal bottom (A.10) on which 25 are articulated by two of the sides opposite (R.111, A.121), folding parts (13.10, B.20), and each terminated by a handle (C.10, C.20), characterized in that the bottom (A.10) has in its center a closing strip (E.10). This band (E.103 allows, thanks to its central slit (E.2), to secure the handles (C.1, C.2). The band (E.10) is designed precut during the manufacture of the boot but remains positioned in its location, thanks to attachment points. The operation is carried out by detaching the strip (E.10), by positioning the device around the node of the decorative ribbon, then by inserting of its handles (C.10, C.20) in the median slot (E.20) of the band (E.10).
