Abstract

Play-compensating hitching hook for a trailer drawbar with an eye, characterised in that a casing (2) of the body (1) of the hook defines a cavity (4) through which there passes a spindle (10) interacting with the eye (6) of the drawbar (7), the said cavity being equipped with a small blade held pressed on the top of the eye (6) of the drawbar by elastic damping members (22) applying the said eye (6) onto the bottom of the cavity (4) of the casing (2).
