Abstract

The seating has a seat (1), a back (3) and two arm rests (2). The seat has four female slides (A) screwed to its back and three female slides (B) screwed to each side which engage with male slides on the back and arm rests. The back has four slides (A') screwed to its inner surface which engage on those on the back of the seat. Three slides (B'), screwed to the inner surfaces of the arm rests, engage with those on the sides of the seat. The slides are conical and slide as far as a stop. USE - Modular seating which can be entirely taken to pieces without using tools.

Description

"MODULAR AND REMOVABLE SEATS"
The present invention relates to a new constructive principle of seats in general.

Its essence is to make these different elements independent and removable.

The term seat is taken in its general sense and can cover just as well seats, armchairs, sofas, sofa beds, benches and BZ.

 It is already known to produce seats comprising table demon sleeves, but this using bulky and dangerous tools for the user.

The present invention aims to provide seats with a new manufacturing system. Indeed, the system makes the elements of a seat independent and removable thanks to a system of slides (Figure 2).

The rails can also be attached to other objects: fireside chairs, poufs ...

(Figure 4).

The advantage is that the assembly is done easily without any too tedious work tool and manual. The system is therefore similar to a construction game allowing a multitude of combinations.

 When certain slides are not used in a combination, these are masked by a removable skirt (N01 Figure 3) fixed on the seat.

In addition, you can choose the various elements of a bench at will to obtain several types of models (n01-2-3 Figurel).

This results in a seat that can be common to different types of models.

The rails can be adapted on fireside chairs, corner modules or custom modules. They allow the same advantages: easy handling without tools and a multitude of composition (Figure 4)

This new construction principle is compatible with the fully removable function and allows the addition of cuffs, shelves, etc., on existing systems such as the "Clic-clac" bench seat (n01 Figure 5) or the
BZ (n02 Figure 5).

 The mounting of each element (cuffs, backrest) using slides engaged with friction in a cage (seat) makes it possible to give the seat all the desired orientations and combinations, either to meet functional or aesthetic needs.

 As is apparent from the above, the invention brings a great improvement to the existing technique by providing the head office with simple structures, perfect handling (assembly, dismantling), rationalization of manufacturing, ease of inventory management in the company and an improvement in packaging.

 This invention finds its application in all seats, such as chairs, armchairs, sofas, sofa beds, BZ and benches.

 It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the sole form of execution of this seat described above by way of example; on the contrary, it embraces all the variances of realization. Thus, in particular, the means of attachment of each backrest, cuff and seat element could be different (shapes and materials used).

 The galvanized steel slide system (Figure 1) is screwed into each element 1, 2 and 3 by 8 screws (Figure 2).

The fixing connection means consist of two conical parts 1 and 2 (Figure 2) "male and female" sliding one inside the other with a stop (a) and four holes each (Figure 2).

The cage in which the slides are fixed is located on the sides and rear of the seat, on the cuffs, backrest and others (Figure 1).

The four slides (A) are screwed to the rear of the seat and the front of the backrest (A '). Three slides (B) are screwed on each side of the seat and on the inside of each cuff (B ').

Claims (4)

 1) Fully removable seats, comprising a seat at the end of which is deposited a galvanized steel slide system (Figure 1) screwed into each element 1, 2 and 3 by 8 screws (Figure 2) on three sides. This slide system makes it possible to make the different constituent elements of the seat independent and removable (backrest, seat, cuffs (Figure 1).  2) Seats according to claim 1 characterized in that the fixing connection means consist of two parts 1 and 2 (Figure 2) conical "male and female" sliding one inside the other with a stop (a) and four holes each (Figure 2).  3) Seats according to claim 2 characterized in that the cage, in which the slides are fixed, are located on the sides and rear of the seat, on the cuffs, backrests and the like (Figure 1).  4) Seats according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterized in that the four slides (A) are screwed to the rear of the seat and the front of the backrest (A '). Three slides (B) are screwed on each side of the seat and on the inside of each cuff (B). Fixing allowing to keep the shape that is printed to them when a stress is exerted on them.
