Abstract

The coin selecting mechanism has two plates placed adjacent to each other, forming a labyrinth path between them. The path has a downward sloping bottom so the coins roll along the path. The width of the path is calibrated to allow acceptable coins to pass, but to trap unacceptable coins or foreign objects. One of the plates is flat and the other has raised walls formed on its surface to act as the coin guide. The plates are hinged along the top edge, so that a foreign body can be removed by lifting the plate with the labyrinth walls on its surface through an angle of forty-five degrees, allowing the foreign body to fall out. A spring returns the plates to the closed position. USE/ADVANTAGE Provides pre-sorting by physical dimension of objects inserted into coin operated vending machine.

Le système consiste en une présélection mécanique pour l'accès au monayeur électronique dans la dis -tribution automatique I1 faut savoir que dans les machines de distribution automatique (boissons, nouriture , ...... ) l'inser -tion de pièce de mauvaise qualité mécanique ou de tout autre objet , bloque le passage pour le controle électronique des pièces
Ce système permet donc de faire le trie et donc d' arrèter tout objet capable de bloquer le passage du controleur électronique dans un premier temps ; et de l'éjecter hors de la zone d'introduction au controleur dans un deuxième temps afin de remètre en fonctionnement le triage age
DESCRIPTIF
Le dispositif comporte deux plaques (1 , 2 selon la fig.4 )
L'une est fixe réglé perpendiculairement au sol , l 'autre est mobile de quatre vingt dix degré latéralement par rapport a a première (exp: fig.4 )
En position repos la plaque mobile est maitenu contre la plaque fixe par un ressort de rappel ( R Fig.4A) .L' assemblage cote à cote permet de réaliser avec les découpes de la pièce mobile 2 une galerie de passage , (Fig. 1/4A )
Afin de faciliter le réglage d alignement des deux plaques et d'amorUir le choc lors de la descente de la mobile la plaque fixe est monté sur quatre ressortS (r) permètant un auto centrage isostatisme des deux plans (plaque 1 et 2
La plaque mobile 2 forme donc un chemin de roulement (a b , c ;FIG.1 ) calculé avec une pente(α) et des cotes d'encombrement de passage X Y Z (z étant obtenu par assenblage des plaques 1 et 2 cote à cote ) afin de faire une sélection par le volume et la forme des objets introduis
En éffet toutes les pièces de forme acceptable (ronde ) se déplaceront par gravité en rotation, passeront les chicanes de I à II et Il à III (Fig . 1) .Leur vitesse leur permertront de passer dans la zone d'acceptation (ZA Fig 1) du controleur électronique (M)
Les pièces de forme non circulaire , seront bloquées sur le chemin de roulement , ainsi que les objets non conforme au cote X,Y,Z par les chicanes et les dimentions de la galerie de passage
La double chicane à pour but de parfaire le trie par rotation gravité en cas d'éjection trop forte d'un objet L'arrèt à la première chicane avec une double invertion de sens oblige la pièce introduite à éffectuer elle mème sondéplacement
La deuxième opération consiste donc à éjecter les objets restés bloqués dans ce passage pour remètre l'appareil en fonctionement
Ceci consiste à éffectuer un désassemblage des plaques (1.2) par un mécanisme quelconque permetant la rotation de la plaque mobile (2) à l'horizontal L'ensemble des pièces imo -bilisées se retrouve sans référence d'appui et se dégage par gravité . Leur point de chute se trouve donc en amont de la zone d'introduction du controleur électronique . (z.B)
Une goulotte de récupération permet de ramener ces objets

The purpose of the double baffle is to complete the sorting by gravity rotation in the event of an object being ejected too strongly. Stopping at the first baffle with a double directional insertion forces the part introduced to perform its own sound displacement.
The second operation therefore consists in ejecting the objects that are blocked in this passage to put the device back into operation
This consists in carrying out a disassembly of the plates (1.2) by any mechanism allowing the rotation of the movable plate (2) horizontally. All of the immobilized parts are found without support reference and are released by gravity. Their drop-off point is therefore upstream of the introduction zone of the electronic controller. (zB)
