Abstract

The page turning mechanism is held on a base board with the sheet music binding held in a spoke (28). The sheet music rests on a base (2). Six spine sections (30) are attached to a central motor shaft (11) and have a number of spokes (12) attached vertically at their ends. These spokes are interleaved between the sheet music pages. A ratchet mechanism (3), with turning shaft (1) and spigot stop (5), holds each page in place and is removed as each page is turned. Turning of pages is carried out by a foot pedal, which drives a motor moving the next spoke to turn the page. The spoke arms are held onto a cam shaft dropping below the page after use. ADVANTAGE - Can turn pages of music without stopping playing.
