L'invention concerne un ascenseur ou monte-charges évolutif, suivant l'avancement du gros-oeuvre de la construction de bâtiments. The invention relates to a scalable elevator or hoist, depending on the progress of the main structure of the construction of buildings.
Un objet de l'invention est de limiter l'utilisation des grues de chantier, de même que celle des monte-charges de chantier dans la construction de bâtiments notamment pour le second oeuvre. On sait en effet que cette utilisation est relativement onéreuse et, de plus, l'emprise provisoire sur façade des monte-charges de chantier ntest pas négligeable. L'invention vise à remédier à ces inconvénients en proposant un ascenseur évolutif, notamment pour l'application en monte-charges de chantier suivant l'avancement de gros-oeuvre de la construction de bâtiments, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une plateforme mobile d'entrainement de la cabine d'ascenseur ou de monte-charges, la dite cabine étant reliée de façon classique à la plate-forme, et en ce que la plate-forme est pourvue de l'ensemble des éléments de machinerie et de commande en liaison avec au moins une portion de la gaine d'ascenseur équipée, à la partie supérieure de laquelle elle est fixée pour le fonctionnement de l'ascenseur sur cette portion. La plateforme prééquipée est ensuite introduite à la grue et disposée sur les guides cabine au-dessus de la cabine. Elle est verrouillée en position relativement à la gaine par ses bras télescopiques. La cabine est alors reliée au moyen des câbles de traction à la machinerie et au contre-poids d'équilibrage. Dès que le montage est complètement effectué sur ladite portion, l'ascenseur peut alors fonctionner sur la hauteur de gaine correspondante et servir à la desserte de chantier, notamment du second oeuvre sur les paliers d'étage correspondants de gros oeuvre. Un plancher de protection 39 pourra être monté au dessus de la plate-forme mobile de la portion de gaine en fonctionnement. Lorsque le gros-oeuvre de bâtiment se sera suffisamment élevé (4 à 6 étages), une nouvelle portion de gaine, adjacente à la précédente, sera équipée (avec les guides, canalisations, seuils et portes). La plate-forme dont les bras télescopiques ont été rentrés pourra alors être soulevée sous contrôle des blocs parachutes, avec la cabine et le contre poids. Elle glissera sur les guides cabine jusqu a un nouveau positionnement, verrouillée par les bras où l'ascenseur pourra fonctionner sur une hauteur étendue aux deux portions de gaine équipées. Les câbles des régulateurs et cordons de liaison sont déroulés simultanément au cours de l'opération. L'opération pourra être répétée sur toute la hauteur de la gaine jusqu'à achèvement du bâtiment où la plate-forme sera fixée définitivement et les dérouleurs de câbles intermédiaires supprimés. The platform whose telescopic arms have been retracted can then be lifted under the control of the parachute blocks, with the cabin and the counterweight. It will slide on the cabin guides until it is positioned again, locked by the arms where the lift can operate over a height extended to the two sections of shaft equipped. The cables of the regulators and connecting cords are unwound simultaneously during the operation. The operation may be repeated over the entire height of the sheath until completion of the building where the platform will be permanently fixed and the intermediate cable unwinders removed.
