Abstract

The fastening assembly includes a bone-implanted shaft (1) with a cylindrical portion (1d) to which a head (2) is attachable. A spherical head (3) with an axial hole (3a) fits over the cylindrical portion of the shaft. The spherical head cooperates precisely with a ring (4) attached to a prosthesis component (5).
