Abstract

A small container with an attached magnifying lens holds a pleated document (4), which can be read with the aid of the lens (5). AND INTERCHANGEABLE
The invention relates to a box most often of small dimensions and of small thickness, having in an integrated manner a technical, advertising or commercial document, interchangeable, readable by means of an optical magnifier in particular adjustable and integral with the box, intended for co-operate with a commercial device or equipment.

The evolution of consumption patterns leads households at their home or the user at his workplace to use more and more devices and equipment requiring the use of an installation manual, a booklet of advice for use or More and more the technologies put at the service of the consumers call upon a minimum of apprehension of the technique, the data processing, the memorization of a significant number of procedures, adjustments, codes, etc. .A lot of devices offer remarkable performance but the user must still be accessible to the technique. The present invention aims to overcome these drawbacks.

Its purpose is to make available to the consumer or any user of technical products, permanently and in association with the purchased device or equipment, for the entire lifetime of the device, a set of information accessible at any time according to the circumstances and the consumer's wishes.

To this end, the invention proposes a small bootmaker of pseudo-parallelepiped shape, preferably of reduced dimensions and of small thickness, adapted to the support which receives it, having comprising on at least one face a protected adhesive means allowing to affix it with a simple gesture on any support at the best chosen location.

This case is made up of a combination of two main parts, a part to be permanently fixed on the support called the body of the case and a mobile part which rotates around a hinge on one of the sides of the body of the case, hinge integrated or attached according to the manufacturing method, called the boot lid.

The mobile part is responsible for closing the boot after use.

According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the boot body has on its inner face a document preferably of strong paper or cardboard, folded in the manner of an accordion and preferably printed on the front and back of the texts and illustrations to communicate.

This document is fixed on the inner surface of the housing body so that it can be removed and replaced by a substantially identical document printed in particular with different texts.

The boot lid has, in combination, attached to one of its sides in particular by means of an attached or integrated hinge depending on the method of manufacture, an optical microscope of small thickness articulated in rotation for example around said hinge, to also be oriented in a position parallel to the document to be viewed placed on the internal surface of the housing body and thus facilitate reading by substantial magnification of the texts and illustrations carried on the document.

Said magnifying glass is retractable for example by turning around its articulation in order to be placed inside the housing cover, by juxtaposing it on the internal face of the housing cover.

The boot lid with the magnifying glass thus placed inside it is then in a state to be folded down to close the boot.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the magnifying glass is structurally distinct from the boot lid. It cooperates with the boot lid so as to slide inside thereof from bottom to top and from top to bottom and therefore allow the user to adjust it at his sight by moving the optical magnifier closer to or further away from the document to be viewed. In combination, the optical magnifier is articulated for example around a joint so as to be placed generally in position parallel to the document to be viewed.

More preferably, a device is provided on the optical magnifying glass to prevent the magnifying glass from becoming detached from the case cover.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the optical magnifying glass is active in rotation in particular around a hinge connecting it to the case cover to allow its positioning in parallel with the document to be viewed, but also active in longitudinal translation along the axis. constituted by one of the sides of the case cover, or by the hinge connecting the optical magnifier to the case cover.

According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the housing is preferably pseudo-parallelepipedic in shape, most often of small dimensions and of small thickness. Made for example from injected plastic, it has on the external face of the housing body ( 1) of a protected adhesive means (3) intended to allow its rapid and simple installation on any support, according to the will of the user.

The housing body (1) and the boot cover (2) are connected for example by a hinge (7) preferably constituted by an attached hinge or not allowing the mobility of one of the parts relative to the other. The housing cover (2) and the optical magnifier (5) are also interconnected by a hinge (6) of the same kind.

The internal surface (8) of the boot body (1) cooperates with a document (4) most often made of heavy paper or cardboard, generally printed on the front and back of texts and illustrations, and folded in the manner of a accordion.The document (4) is held in position on the inner face (8) of the housing body (1) by means, for example, of slides (10) or of the retaining tabs (11) or of any other device allowing the interchangeability of the document (4). (See Fig 1).

The shoemaker according to the invention is such that it can be kept in the closed position trapping the folded document (4) and the magnifying glass (5) retracted by means of a clasp. (Not shown).

Affixed on or near an appliance or equipment, the shoemaker according to the invention allows the user with a simple manual gesture to tilt the shoemaker cover (2) around the joint (7) thus releasing the document (4) folded in several folds like an accordion.

The user then switches the optical magnifier (5) around its articulation (6) so as to put the plane of the optical magnifier (5) in parallel position with one of the planes of the document (4) to allow reading. of the document (4). By pulling on the document (4) to scroll it behind the magnifying glass (5) the user can view the entire front of the document (4) (see Figures 2 and 10).

When the reading is complete, the user replaces the optical magnifier (5) inside the case cover (2) by tilting it around its articulation (6) until it is, for example, in contact with the inner surface (9) of the case cover (2). It will then only have to fold the document (4) and fold down the case cover (2) and optical magnifier (5) on the body boot (1) to completely close the housing according to the invention. According to another embodiment of the invention> the optical magnifier (5) is independent and structurally distinct from the boot cover (2). The optical magnifier (5) cooperates with the boot cover (2 ) so as to allow the optical magnifier (5) to move closer or further away from the body of the boot (1) intended to allow adjustment in view of the user thereby varying the distance separating the magnifier (5 ) of the document (4) placed on the inner face (8) of the boot body (1).

It can be provided that the optical magnifying glass (5) is for example connected by an articulation (6) to a part (12) sliding preferably inside slides (13) or holding tabs (14) placed in particular on the surface. inside (9) of the case cover (2). (See figure 5).

The movement of the part (12) inside the casing cover (2) is limited by stops (not shown) in order to prevent the optical magnifying glass assembly (5) and the sliding part (12) from being dissociated distinctly of the boot lid (2).

According to another embodiment of the invention the optical magnifier (5) is connected to the sliding part (12) in such a way that the optical magnifier (5) can be oriented relative to the document (4) in several directions in combination, in particular, approximation and distance with respect to the housing body (1), rotation around the articulation (6) and longitudinal displacement along an axis coincident with the articulation (6). The housing body (1) is maintained inside the housing (17) for example by sliding inside slides, gluing, screwing, clipping, or any other fixing method.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the shell cover (2) is pierced with an opening of cylindrical or other shape, so as to appear when the shell according to the invention is closed, and through the magnifying glass optical (5) placed behind the housing cover (2) a logo, an image, an acronym or any other graphic (see figure 9).

According to a different embodiment of the invention, the boot body (1) is provided individually or in combination with one or more other methods of attachment, with a magnet sufficiently strong to allow the solid attachment of the boot according to the invention on a metal support.
