Abstract

Les patins 4 sont appliqués par les faces frontales 7 en vis-à-vis contre une surface 8 radiale de la partie formant boîtier 1. Du côté de leurs faces frontales 9 mutuellement éloignées, les patins 4 sont tenus par une surface de guidage 10 d'un étrier 11 de telle sorte que ceux-ci ne peuvent se déplacer que dans la direction radiale et se positionner avec précision en fonction de la position du levier d'actionnement 6. Grâce aux surfaces de glissement relativement grandes des patins 4, la pression superficielle entre lesdits patins 4 et la partie formant boîtier 1 est réduite, l'usure qui se produit lors du déplacement axial de la partie boîtier 1 au moment de l'embrayage ou du débrayage par suite du déplacement radial des patins 4 lors du pivotement du levier d'actionnement 6 étant diminuée d'autant. L'étrier 11 à une forme de U et est formé de deux parties de guidage 12 orientées radialement et d'une partie 13 qui relie entre elles les deux parties de guidage 12.
