Abstract

Hook system particularly for hanging carcasses of animals in slaughterhouse installations or the like, characterised in that it includes a vertical part (4) for emplacement on a conventional hanging-up device forming part, as is known, of the installation, this vertical part being extended by a branch (5) bent substantially into the shape of an L, the lower part (6) of which makes an angle of the order of 45 degrees with respect to the vertical and is in the shape of a hook.

La présente invention concerne un système de crochet qui est destiné plus particulièrement à l'accrochage de carcasses d'animaux, notamment de volailles dans une installation d'abattage.
