Abstract

The invention relates to a simple process for establishing a level between one point and another. The invention also relates to a device for taking level readings either alone, with a hook system (5, 6, 7, 8), or with the help of another person without using cumbersome equipment. The invention consists of a bubble block (1) fixed in a body (2) which in turn is fixed on a hollow tube (3 or 4). The assembly (1, 2, 3) or (1, 2, 4) slides on a flexible support (9) inserted inside the tube (3). The end of the support (9) is fastened by means of a hook (5, 6, 7, 8, 14). The assembly shown in Fig. 2a or Fig. 1a can then be brought up to the measurement point and a correct reading taken. The device of the invention is particularly suitable for taking level readings.

Description

 Said invention relates to a quicker simple procedure e-I; them to take different levels from one point to another more or less distant, with a hanging system, alone or with the help of another person.

The various existing level systems, water level or spirit level are limited in use.

Take the water level of the building (communicating vase) it requires the presence of at least two people. Filling with water can only be used outside of frost periods. It is bulky and requires some preparation time.

The level (bubble rule of the building) can be used alone for plans limited in length but its use is complicated when it comes to taking landmarks # loigrs, pr for its length in the latter case. It must be placed on a wooden or metal ruler; 'a length more or less equivalent to the distance separating the reference point from the point to be located, or a large amount of space and handling. The process in this patent presented limits the aforementioned drawbacks: space saving, ease of use and it can be used by a single person with a simple hanging system 5.6.7.8 fig 3 and similar at one of its ends.

This device comprises a bubble block (I) fig I fixed in a body (2) fig I in rigid material known the body and fixed by screws, glued, welding or other known assembly system on a hollow tube (3 or 4 ) fig t closed or open (4) fig 2 a few centimeters but perfectly straight.

The cord can be made of different materials (woven linen, cotton, nylon, steel cable etc) but we will choose the most flexible possible.

The use of the system consists in introducing the support (9) inside the tube (3) or (4). This must be sliding, giving free rein to the whole system so that it can move over the entire length.

It consists in fixing the end of the cord using a point or a hook (5,6,7,8) or the like forming an integral part of the cord or support (9) or any other fixing.

The hook can be foldable on itself, be a ring or a clamp, it will be enough to unroll the ball or the reel (I0) until the mark to be taken.

The rod (I3) could possibly be replaced by a rod (I4) which could also serve as a fastening system by modifying its shape in the construction fig 6.
