Abstract

The invention relates to separating the drainage of toilet waste water from the drainage of bathwater in order to re-use the latter, after regeneration, in the toilets and in soil-watering (-washing) spray applications, so as to make savings of potable water and to lessen the amount of waste water to be treated at a water-treatment plant. This system comprises: - a pipe (1) conveying the water from baths into the vessel (2) which feeds the unit (6) which pumps, filters and sterilises the water from the vessel (2) before storing it in a tank (7) from where a supercharger (pressurisation device) (8) sends it into the main (9) in order to feed the cisterns (tanks) of the toilets and the garden-watering sprinklers (9). This application is of special interest to building communities (groups) so as to make savings of potable water and to reduce very substantially the volume of waste water sent to purification plants. The communities (parishes) themselves may help to realise this system in building-construction groups since they will profit from the potable-water savings and reduction of waste water to be treated in purification plants.

Description

DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Regeneration system for building baths for their use for
WC and floor washes. The object of the present invention is to regenerate the wastewater from bathrooms by connecting their outlets to a downward pipe different from that discharging the water from the toilets and ending in a regeneration and sterilization system before being reused in the toilets, gardens. .

Currently, the wastewater from the WCs in the bathrooms and washing machines is evacuated via the same pipe (11), figure 1 connected to the sewer network (5) and then to the treatment plant. In the proposed bathwater regeneration system, only wastewater
WCs go to the sewers which is a quarter of the drinking water used daily per inhabitant. On the other hand, with regard to the regenerated water, the latter is sent under pressure by another distribution network independent of that of drinking water in the tanks of the toilets, the ramps for washing the floors, cars, gardens.

This system which is added to that of the WC and which is independent therefore includes figure (2) a downward pipe (l) connected to the evacuations of the baths and leading to a settling tank (2) located on the raised ground floor whose overflow ( 3) is discharged into the rainwater network (4) and emptied into the sewers (5). A filtering and sterilizing group (6) pumps the used water from the tank (2) and stores it after regeneration in a tank (7) from where a booster pump (8) sends it through a network of pipes (9) independent of that of drinking water in WC tanks, soil washes, watering gardens, this network is connected to the drinking water network by a valve (10) in the event of a circuit failure.

The operation of this system comes down to emptying the deposits from the tank (2) once a week and checking the level of disinfectant in its tank, the filter cleaning being automatic, it suffices to change the sand according to daily use.
