Description
I. The present invention refers to an apparatus for muscle hydromassage and for aesthetic treatments, which allows different work programs with different effects, each program being managed by an electronic assembly. This device is suitable for several installation possibilities and offers performance not only for domestic use, but also of professional quality. The operation of this system, which is equipped with a complete set of all its functions, is supplied with 24 V DC current, obtained by a voltage transformer manufactured and guaranteed according to C. E.I. safety standards.
This set comprises in combination a mobile carriage, which moves vertically in both directions along a sliding rail. This trolley has a user-adjustable ascent rate and its various uses are managed by an electronic assembly. On this carriage, four pairs of diffusion nozzles or hand showers are mounted with different jets, the action of which is interchangeable or can be added several times during use. This allows the formation of ten different types of jets, each of them adapted to the selected program. The jets are "laminar", "linear", in solid cone, or mixed. Each type of jet has the possibility of carrying out a rotation movement. Its rotation speed is variable from
ZERO at 220 revolutions per minute and it is adjusted by the user and managed in its different functions by the electronic assembly. In addition, the flow of its jets can be continuous or intermittent: the frequency and duration of this alternation of functions are adjustable by the user. This phase is also managed by the electronic assembly. A multiple solenoid valve supplied by a flexible, spiral duct supplies the nozzle groups separately; allowing their use separately or in groups.
The carriage stroke can be limited to the area chosen for the massage by means of two limit stops which can be positioned from the outside. These limit switches are provided with permanent magnets t when they are reached by the magnetic switches assembled on the carriage, the magnetic switches act on the electronic card, by actuating the reversal of the carriage itself.
On this apparatus, there is a nestable container installed to allow the use of bath or other salts, and a special and exclusive brush jet on which a social spray has been assembled, which produces a very fine and broken conical jet.
The housing has a slot on the front to allow the passage of massage jets. At the two ends of the nozzle assembly is attached a small movable "curtain", which is driven vertically in both directions by the carriage causing the constant closing of the slot. Another slot is made on the right side, to allow the vertical movement of the two limit switches.

- la figure 2 illustre une vue générale d'un au tre système de fixation de l'appareillage au mur. Il comprend une grosse poignée l'A" sur laquelle glissent deux couronnes ou manchons "B", qui sont orientables et fixables selon la nécessité sur la grosse poignée même.Deux leviers "S" sont articulés sur ces couronnes : ces leviers, également articulés sur la structure de l'appareillage, en permettent aussi bien la descente que l'éloignement du mur ;
Referring to the drawing illustrating the practical embodiment of the invention, it may be noted that
- Figure 1 shows an external view of the general structure from a global point of view, with a detail in particular of the panel 1 (see Fig, lA) and the fixing system 2 to the wall, which allows to orient the apparatus horizontally by pivoting on two points 3. On the front face, we can see, through the opening, the group of nozzles 4. The opening is kept closed by a "curtain" 5, sliding in both directions and driven by a carriage on which it is fixed. On the right side, along the slot 6, we can see the buttons 7 which are used to move the end stops quickly on the desired points. Above, appears a hole-8 entry of the water and, on the upper base, a hole 9 for the input of the current supply (24 V)
FIG. 2 illustrates a general view of one of the other systems for fixing the apparatus to the wall. It includes a large handle "A" on which slide two crowns or sleeves "B", which are orientable and fixable as necessary on the large handle itself. Two levers "S" are articulated on these crowns: these levers, also articulated on the structure of the apparatus, allow both the descent and the distance from the wall;
- Figure 3 shows the horizontal section on a larger scale of this apparatus and precisely we see the supporting structure of the carriage 10; the assembly 11 for rotation of the nozzles represents in FIG. 4, fixed in the front opening of the supporting structure; the reference number 12 indicates the guide pulleys of the carriage, which move along the round rail 13 disposed precisely inside the lateral support structure 14. The purpose of these guide pulleys is to prevent the horizontal movements of the The four-vote solenoid valve for separate distribution to the nozzles is screwed under the structure (not shown). The opening and closing of the water flows are actuated by four corresponding push buttons, which are placed on the control panel 1 in FIG. 1 and which appear better in FIG. 1A. A guide bar of the carriage slides through the hole 15. The number 16 indicates one of the sliding pads which slide inside a guide 17 arranged inside the general support structure 14, already indicated. . On the skids are fixed two end of travel stops 18, provided with permanent magnets 19. Their movement is ensured by actuating the corresponding buttons which are on the outside and which are indicated by the reference numbers 7 on the figure 1. The number 20 represents the positioning of two magnetic switches on the carriage. These switches, when pressed by the permanent magnets of the end stops, by contact, act on the electronic circuits by causing the reversal of the direction of travel of the carriage. A drive belt is fixed at point 21. Figure n indicates neither the "curtain" movement system 5 (figure 1) nor the drive assembly. These devices are illustrated in figures 5 and 6 respectively
- Figure 4 illustrates from a general point of view a horizontal section of the drive group in rotation of the diffusion nozzles and precisely the fixed support 22, which houses a worm 23 and an axis 24 on which a wheel toothed 25 (which receives the movement of the worm) is fixed and a flywheel 26, external to the fixed support 22, on which a spindle 27 offset by a few mm. is engaged. This spindle is mounted for free rotation in a block or plate 28 carrying these nozzles 29 by driving it in rotation. Two eccentric "crazy" cams, which are used to keep the rotating block in a constant position, are not shown. The water supply connections to the nozzles are screwed laterally to the rotary unit. The jets are each supplied by respective hoses coming from the solenoid valve. The numbers 30 and 31 indicate two ball bearings which support the axis 24
- Figure 5 illustrates in general the vertical section of the upper part which includes the electronic card 32 which manages the speed or the interruption of the ascent of the carriage, the regulation or the stop of the rotation of the nozzles, the duration of intermittency or fixed duration of jets. The figure also illustrates the plate 33 in the shape of a "Z" for fixing the motor shaft of the low-voltage (24 V) double-acting motor-reducer 34 on a gallery 35. A toothed wheel 36 is fixed on the motor shaft for driving the toothed belt 37 in both directions, this input belt driving the carriage. In the figure, we can see the outline of the "curtain" 5, which closes the front opening (Figure 1) and which is driven back and forth by the carriage.
This curtain, from the roller "F" from the lower part (Figure 6) rises to the roller "A", by means of which it passes through the gallery 35, arrives at the roller "3" to finally descend to the roller " C "fixed on the rear and bottom part of the control panel to continue, placed in this way near the opening until it is fixed to the upper part of the carriage. The number 38 indicates the outline of the control panel 1 on which the pushbuttons and control buttons have been indicated. The number 39 indicates the guide bar of the carriage fixed to the "Z" plate at point 40 while being aligned with the drive wheel
- La'figure 6 indicates, in general, the vertical section of the lower part of the system or we can note that the "curtain" 5, which comes from the lower part of the carriage, rolls on the guide roller "D" located near the facade and, continuing towards the guide roller "F ^, it enters gallery 41 to exit it by rolling on the roller" F "and returning at the top to the roller" A "in the upper part ( 5); in this way, it makes a full turn. On the gallery 41, is welded a fitting 42, in which the pulley 43 is mounted idly for the return of the drive belt. On the fitting, is fixed a sleeve 44 for blocking the bar on which the carriage 10 slides.
