Abstract

The object of the present invention is to guide and centre the sliding of the screw or screws used for osteosynthesis of intracapsular fractures of the neck of the femur. The device is a cylinder (B) introduced around the headless and cylindrical distal part of the screw (A). The cylinder (B) is blocked by being screwed into the osseous orifice for introduction of the equipment. The screwing is achieved by means of a thread situated on the outer surface of the distal sector of the cylinder, the pitch increasing in the proximodistal direction.

Claims (5)
