Abstract

The package for a product is noteworthy in that the product to be packaged is surrounded in a plane and all around its periphery by a rigid frame (3), such as one made of injection-moulded plastic material made according to the shapes and profiles of the part to be clamped, the said frame constituting the support for a sheet (4) of shrinkable plastic material entirely covering the displayed product, the zone of closing and welding the shrinkable film being around the entire periphery of the above-mentioned frame.
