Abstract

This prosthesis comprises a first rod (1) which is nailed into the radius (2) and finishes in a shoulder (3), which shoulder supports an articulation element (4) which is off-centre with respect to the rod (1) and which supports a guide (7) whose distance with respect to the shoulder (3) is adjustable and which supports, by way of a ball joint, a block (9) which supports one or more rods (10) which are nailed into the metacarpal bones (11, 12).
