Abstract

The invention relates to a device for protecting vehicles transporting valuables. It consists of booms located around the vehicle (1). The booms, supplied by tanks (4) placed inside the vehicle, are pierced with small orifices (2) and allow a toxic gas or liquid (3) to escape by means of an operation performed from inside, in the event of external aggression. The device is intended to reduce aggressions as far as possible and thus to protect the occupants and valuables transported in armoured lorries.
