Abstract

The invention, pertaining to the medical field, relates to a device with which it is possible to disinfect the skin in the case of slight wounds or insect stings. The device consists of a balloon/collar assembly (1), a flat disc (2), and a piece of cotton (3). The cotton is held fixed on the collar, which is pressed against the disc. The balloon, filled with disinfectant liquid, is closed at (4). When the user exerts a pressure on the balloon with his fingers, the zone (4) bursts, thereby allowing the liquid to flow into the cotton, which is saturated. The balloon, once it has been emptied, acts as a double membrane permitting the holding of the device, the disc serving as a support. The device, of small size, intended to be carried everywhere, permits rapid use under all circumstances.
