Abstract

The invention relates to a set of sections for guiding a closure shutter which operates by winding or unwinding. According to the invention, the parallelepipedal section (10) is partitioned so as to form a slideway (14) for the shutter between two chambers (12 - 13), this section comprising a middle chamber (16 - 16a) and two housings: one (19) for a sealing member (20) and the other (21) between the chamber (16 - 16a) and the side face (11b) of the section. The invention is mainly applicable to guiding roller shutters.

Description

The invention relates to the use of a guide profile or slide track of a set of assembled profiles for the deck of a winding and unwinding closure.
In all of the known techniques, the systems do not combine almost all of the possibilities.

 The invention aims to synthesize the needs of the application and meet the standards requested by the scientific institutes of the moment (C.S.T.B.) for example.

 To implement the exploitation of the invention, it is necessary to use an extrusion system of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in base material or aluminum whatever its finish or color provided that the thicknesses and the drawing correspond to the invention.

This guidance means, commonly called "SLIDING" is suitable for being used in a multi-function system, that is to say:
- be able to be positioned on all types of window frames whatever the nature,
- be able to receive certain complementarity profiles (angle),
- be able to ensure the watertightness recommended by the DTUs (unified technical descriptions),
- be able to secure, by screwing, the slide and the support of the joinery,
- be able to be trimmed to obtain an adaptable slide on a frame called "MONOBLOC".

 To this end, the invention relates to a guide profile or slide track for a rolling or unwinding closing apron, such as the rolling shutter, a profile preferably arranged in a vertical plane for guiding the lateral edges of the apron. Profile characterized in that it is inscribed in a rectangular parallelepided with a peripheral envelope and an internal partition delimiting between two first chambers a receiving slide for the lateral edge of the deck, a third chamber being disposed approximately at the right of the first two, with a crenellated internal profile to form housings for the fixing screws of said profiles on the bottom support of an opening, this profile also comprising on its fixing face two reservations, one located substantially in the middle part of the profile for receive a seal, the other located between the chamber and the external lateral face of the peripheral envelope.

The extruded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) profile will preferably be of "BENVIC S" quality, it could be extruded from aluminum whatever its finish.

 The slide serves, in its own right, as an operating element of a roll-up closure. It is an independent, non-supporting, but essential element.

The slide is designed with:
2 seal holders, the distance of which cannot be less than 11 m / m and could be considered in joint extrusion of the seals.

 1 rectangle for receiving the seal, either pre-formed or silicone or polyurethane, provided that it is of the approved type.

 2 lips allowing the fixing by clipping on all types of joinery whose distance from the edge of the slide and the distance between screwing will be 14 m / m.

1 angle support is provided to receive a cover angle, the recommended thickness of which will not exceed 2 m / m
Said angle will be either PVC or aluminum.

 The screwing area on the support piece, after positioning a synthetic plate, silicone type, is known, will serve to secure the slide and the support piece.

 The perimeter partitions will preferably be 3 m / m thick, the interior partitions will be + or - 2 m / m.

 The guide profile according to the invention is inscribed in a rectangular parallelepided (10) with a peripheral envelope (11) and an internal partition defining between two first chambers (12-13) a receiving slide (14) for the edge of the deck (15), a third chamber (16 - 16a) being disposed approximately at right of the first two, with an internal crenellated profile to form housings (16b) for screws for fixing said profiles on the low support (17) an opening after intercalation of a synthetic plate (22) already known, this profile further comprising, on its face (18) for fixing two reservations, one (19) located substantially in the middle part of the profile to receive one seal (20), the other (21) located between the chamber (16a) and the external lateral face (lob) of the peripheral envelope.

Claims (1)

 Guide profiles or slide tracks for a rolling or unwinding closure apron such as a rolling shutter, arranged profiles, preferably in a vertical plane for guiding the lateral edges of the apron.  Profiles characterized in that it is inscribed in a rectangular parailepiped (10) with a peripheral envelope (11) and an internal partition defining between two first chambers (12-13) a receiving slide (14) for the lateral edge of the deck (15), a third chamber (16 - 16a) being arranged approximately in line with the first two, with a crenellated internal profile to form housings (16b) for fixing screws of said profiles on the low support (17) d '' an opening after insertion of a synthetic wafer (22) already known, this profile further comprising, on its face (18) for fixing two reservations, one (19) located substantially in the middle part of the profile to receive a seal (20) the other (21) located between the chamber (16a) and the external lateral face (llb) of the peripheral envelope.
