Abstract

Device for checking the level of wear, parallelism, temperature and inflation of tyres. It comprises a feeler (2) interacting with a detection stop (7), combined with an electronic element having a numerical digital display (3), which is introduced into the grooves of the tread of the tyres to be checked, in order to determine their level of wear and misalignment of their parallelism; an inflator (9), equipped with a temperature probe with an outer sensor (12) and an inner sensor (10), making it possible to determine the temperature of the tyres and to inflate them.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'une part de controler le niveau d'usure ,de parallèlisme ,de température et de la pression des pneus et d'autre part de gonfler les pneus
- L'état d'usure des pneus est généralement déterminé sans grande précision par un simple constat visuel de la profondeur des stries de la bande -de roulement par contre le controle du parallèlisme des trains de pneus nécessite lui d'une part des moyens techniques perfectionnés et d'autre part un temps assez long.

-d'autre part un gonfleur comportant un capteur externe et interne pour déterminer le niveau de la température des pneus afin d'en tenir compte lors du gonflage .(le niveau de la pression contenue dans l'enveloppe des pneus variant avec celui de la température de cette dernière il est important d'en tenir compte

Sur la figure 5 on a représenté un capteur 2 introduit dans une des stries 6 de la bande de roulement 21 d'un pneu pour déterminer ,à l'aide de la butée de sondage 7,le niveau d'usure dudit pneu et le niveau de dérèlement du parallèlisme du train des pneus (l'usure normale dudit pneu étant représentée par une ligne A-A)
Le dispositif fonctionne de la façon suivante
A)controle du niveau de l'usure des pneus et du parallèlisme :Le palpeur 2 est introduit dans l'une des stries ,située sur l'un des cotés de la bande de roulement du pneu à controler ,jusqu'à ce que la butée de sondage 7 entre au contact de ladite bante de roulement ,ce qui permet à l'élément électrinique d'enregistrer la profondeur de la strie ,puis il est introduit de la même façon dans l'une des stries située sur l'autre coté de ladite 'bande de roulement pour permettre à l'élément électronique d'-enregistrer sa profondeur .Ensuite en agissant sur le bouton 5,on obtient,par affichage en 3,le niveau d'usure de la bande de roulement qui est celui situé du coté de la strie la moins profonde et enfin ,en agissant sur le bouton 4 , on obtient ,par affichage en 3 ,la confirmation du dérèglement du parallèlisme ou carrossage qui est déterminé par l'élément électronique par comparaison de la profondeur des deux stries sondées (si elles sont identiques il n'y a pas de dérèglement dans le cas contraire il y a un dérèglement ).

C)gonflage des pneus : Il est réalisé en agissant sur le bouton 14 ,la valeur de la pression s'affichant sur le cadran 15
