Abstract

The present invention relates to a device which allows visual checking of an abnormal rise in temperature, in a distribution chain of products preserved by the action of cold at negative or positive temperatures. It is composed of an integral assembly constituted, according to Figs. 1 and 2: - of a reserve (2) containing a liquid (1) covered with an absorbent material (3), according to Fig. 3: - of a support (4) covered with a chemical compound (5) exhibiting variable polymerisation. One of these integral assemblies is placed in the cavity (6) constituted by juxtaposing the walls (7 and 8), obstructed in their lower part by material (10). The device thus constituted is placed inside the packaging unit of the product to be checked, in an orifice (12) provided for this purpose, and fixed thereto by the adhesive coating (13). Any variating temperature after this device has been installed will have the effect of irreversibly changing the appearance of the integral assembly used.
