Abstract

Improvements to funeral articles, such as, in particular, vases, flowerpot holders, plant boxes and urns, characterised in that at least one of the surfaces of the article 1 has a recess 3 produced at the time of the manufacture of the said article and in which it is possible to fix a solid shape 4. The solid shape 4 has on its visible face an inscription which makes it possible to identify the article for the tombstone for which it is intended. The visible face 5 of the solid shape 4 is substantially flush with that of the article.
